我校再赴凉山大坝乡中心小学校开展教育帮扶工作Education And Assistance Work In Liangshan

      根据省教科院的目标要求和工作部署，2020年10月25—27日，在《教育科学论坛》编辑部崔勇主任的带领下、成华区实验小学苏晓梅主任、我校马长俊校长一行帮扶工作组再次走进大坝乡中心小学校，继续深化调研，落实举措，推进帮扶工作。

      According to thegoal requirements and work deployment of the Provincial Academy of Educational Sciences, from October 25-27, 2020, under the leadership of Director Cui Yongof the Editorial Department of "Education Science Forum", Director SuXiaomei of Chenghua District Experimental Primary School and Principal MaChangjun of our school assisted the work. The team once again entered DabaTownship Central Primary school to continue to deepen the investigation, implement measures and promote the assistance work.

      26日早，工作组来到学校，全程参加了学校的升旗仪式。我校马长俊校长在国旗下讲话，鼓励学生感恩奋进，成为全面发展的向善少年。随后工作组分组开展工作。

      On the morning of the26th, the working group came to the school and participated in the flag raisingceremony of the school. Our school principal Ma Changjun spoke under thenational flag, encouraging students to be grateful and strive to becomeall-round development of young people. Then the working group worked in groups.

      《教育科学论坛》崔勇主编和我校马长俊校长与大坝乡中心小学校干部座谈，着重介绍了工作组在学校文化建设和管理制度梳理方面的新进展，与学校干部交换了意见。工作组基于“高品质学校”理念完善学校顶层设计和发展规划，得到学校的高度认同。

      Theeditor-in-chief of “Education Science Forum” Cui Yong and principal Ma Changjun of Guanzhou Primary School had a discussion with the cadres of Daba TownshipCentral Primary School, focusing on the new progress of the working group inschool cultural construction and management system combing, and exchanged opinions with school cadres.The working group perfected the top-level designand development plan of the school based on the concept of “high-quality school”which was highly recognized by the school.

      同时，为了更好地了解学情，细化教学改进方案，我校和成华实小的老师们针对大坝乡中心小学校的教学情况专门命制了1～6年级语文、数学教学质量测试卷，组织全校6个年级18个班共1115名学生全部参加了检测。

      At the same time, inorder to better understand the learning situation and refine the teaching improvement plan, the teachers of Guanzhou primary school and Chenghua primary school specially ordered the test paper of Chinese and mathematics teaching quality for Grades 1 to 6 according to the teaching situation of Daba Township Central Primary School, and organized 1115 students from 18 classes of 6 gradesto participate in the test.

      我校郑爽、宋敏、罗婷、贾晓娇老师和成华实小的4位教师深入班级巡考，与中心校36位老师一同批阅试卷、登录结果。大坝乡中心校的拉马校长说：学校内有史以来第一次这么大范围地、这么规范地集中批阅、分析试卷。老师们边做边学，很受启发。

      Four teachers from our school, Zheng Shuang, Song Min, Luo Ting, Jia Xiaojiao, and thefour from Chenghua Primary School conducted in-depth class inspections andreviewed the test papers and logged the results with 36 teachers from the central school. Principal Rama of the Daba Township Central School said:For the first time in the school's history, the examination papers werereviewed and analyzed in such a large scale and standardized manner.The teachers are learning by doing and are very inspired.

      为更好地推进工作，学校召开全校教师大会，崔勇主编和马长俊校长分别解读了学校“向善”文化的内涵和学校新修订管理制度的重点内容，针对教师如何通过专业成长提升教学水平的问题提出建议。我校贾晓娇老师就本次摸底考试的试卷分析及在巡考中观察到的学生学习习惯、书写习惯等方面的优点和问题给老师们做了反馈。

      In order to better promote the work, the school held a teachers' meeting. Editor in chief Cui Yongand President Ma Changjun respectively interpreted the connotation of theschool's “kindness oriented”culture and the key contents of the school's newly revised management system, aiming at how teachers can improve their teaching level through professional growth issue suggestions.Jia Xiaojiao, a teacher in our school,gave feedback to the teachers on the analysis of the examination papers and theadvantages and problems of students' learning habits and writing habitsob served in the inspection.

      27日早，我校贾晓娇、罗婷、郑爽、宋敏老师进入班级，给孩子们上了一堂试卷评讲课，课后与相关年级的老师进入深入的交流，在实践中“手把手”地帮助老师们转变观念、规范做法。

      Onthe morning of the 27th, our school’s teachers JiaXiaojiao, Luo Ting, Zheng Shuang, and Song Min entered the class and gave the children a lecture on test paper evaluation. After class, they entered into in-dep the xchanges with teachers of relevant grades and helped them “hand in hand”in practice.The teachers changed their ideas and standardized practices.

      The assistance this time is pragmatic and efficient,the focus of work has been shifted down, and the work has been promoted quicklyby going deep into the class and approaching teachers and students. Despitethe tight working hours and heavy tasks of precision assistance, with the jointefforts of both sides, we are confident to achieve greater results and help Daba Town ship Central Primary School usher in greater progress.
