2020—2021学年北小实外体育节开幕啦！ Opening of Sports Festival

      10月19日清晨，伴着庄严的升旗仪式和全体师生齐唱国歌，顺利拉开了北小实外2020-2021学年度冬季运动会暨《学生体质健康测试达标赛》的序幕。在1800余名同学的注视中，学生发展与指导中心叶主任为本次运动会致开幕词，并强调“青少年体质健康关系着民族的未来”！

      In the early morning of October 19th, withthe flag-raising ceremony, our school's winter games opened.With the gaze ofmore than 1,800 students, Director Ye delivered the opening speech for theGames and emphasized that "the physical health of young people is relatedto the future of the nation"!

       依据《体育总局教育部关于印发深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展意见的通知》，在本届运动会中我校将《学生体质健康测试》和学生《体育、艺术2+1》中的体育项目做有效结合和综合展示，正确树立了学生的健康发展观；把规范严谨的测试和体育个性展示落到实处！真正做到“人人参与、人人达标”！

      According to the notice, our school will effectively combine andcomprehensively display sports items in this sports meeting, and correctly establishthe healthy development of students.Put the test and sports personality displayinto reality! Achieve "everyone participates, everyone meets thestandard"!

      本次运动会学校体育组针对不同年级的测试内容分别设置了50米、一分钟跳绳、一分钟仰卧起坐等多项个人挑战赛，同时也设置了趣味十足、团结协作的集体绕8字跳绳、五人制足球、50米接力赛等；相信同学们能在个人赛中赛出风采、团体赛中赛出友谊，让运动会呈现出不同的精彩瞬间！

      In this games, the school set up a numberof individual challenges for the test content of different grades, and also setup a fun, united and cooperative collective competition.We believe that thestudents can show their style in individual competitions and friendship in teamcompetitions, so that the Games will present different wonderful moments!
