我校召开2020年度“坝坝会” Our school held the "Dam Meeting"

      为进一步密切联系教职员工和广大群众，强化问题收集整改，切实提升群众获得感满意度，10月19日，我校召开了2020年度“坝坝会”。

      In order to further contact the staff and the general public, strengthen the collection and rectification of problems, and effectively improve the satisfaction of the masses, our school held the "Dam Meeting  on October 19.

      首先，学生发展与指导中心叶体平同志向全体参会人员介绍了“坝坝会”的目的和意义，要求大家立足工作实际，积极建议献策。同时，让大家提出学校在教育教学管理、改革发展中遇到的各种困难和问题，促进学校教育教学工作发展。

      First of all, Ye Tiping, director of the Student Development and Guidance Center, introduced the purpose and significance of the "Dama Meeting" to all participants, and asked them to give Suggestions and Suggestions based on the actual work. At the same time, let everyone put forward various difficulties and problems encountered in the education and teaching management, reform and development of the school to promote the development of school education and teaching work.

      学校也将进一步增进联系，切实收集和研究解决家长和教职工反映的问题，不断改进完善工作。对收集到的问题建议形成整改台账，明确责任、整改内容、整改时限，完善工作举措，不断提升学校办学品质。

      Our school will also further enhance the contact, practical collection and research to solve the problems of parents and staff, and constantly improve the work. Form a rectification ledger for the collected problems, clarify the responsibility, content and time limit of rectification, improve the work measures, and constantly improve the quality of the school.
