我校赴凉山大坝乡中心校开展教育帮扶工作 Teachers went to Liangshan Prefecture

      9月24至26日，按照省教科院工作的安排，在《教育科学论坛》编辑部崔勇主任的带领下，成华区实验小学张家明校长一行，我校校长马长俊，《教育科学论坛》编辑、我校兼职课程管理中心副主任沈媛元,课程管理中心副主任任红,王宇几位老师赴凉山州大坝乡中心小学开展教育帮扶工作。

      From September 24 to 26, under the leadership of Cui Yong, director of the editorial department of the Education Science Forum, Zhang Jiaming, principal of Chenghua experimental primary school, Ma Changjun, Shen Yuanyuan, editor of the Education Science Forum and Deputy director of the part-time curriculum management center of our school,principal of our school, Ren Hong, deputy director of the curriculum management center, and Wang Yu visited the Central Primary School of Daba Township, Liangshan Prefecture Learn to carry out education and help work.

      In order to make this assistance more practical, the working group held a meeting on 24th, just after landing, to clarify the work objectives and tasks of each member.

      Early on the 25th, the working group came to the central school of Daba Township in Zhaojue County to start the in-depth investigation and assistance work for a day, and sent a batch of assistance materials to the central school of Daba Township.

      《教育科学论坛》崔勇主任、都江堰市灌州小学马长俊校长，成都市成华实验小学张家明校长等与大坝乡中心校的校级领导、中层干部召开了座谈会。工作组就学校党建和班子建设、办学理念与学校文化建设、制度建设、教学常规建设、师资队伍建设、家校教育新模式、学生全面发展等问题展开讨论。

      In the morning, director Cui Yong, principal Ma Changjun of, principal Zhang Zhangming of Chengdu Chenghua Experimental Primary School and other school-level leaders and middle-level cadres of Dama Township central school held a symposium. The working group discussed such issues as party building and team building, school philosophy and school culture building, system building, teaching routine building, teacher team building and new mode of home-school education.

      Teachers Wang Yu and Ren Hong of our school went deep into the classroom and had a detailed understanding of school education and teaching work.

      After the class, our teachers had a discussion with the Chinese teacher of The Central school of Dama Township, and discussed the two texts of the Founding Ceremony and the Old House which could not be broken after class. Teacher Wang Yu made a heterogeneous presentation of the "Old House that can't always fail" and gave some Suggestions on the requirements and teaching methods of the third grade exercises. Ms. Ren Hong evaluated the "Founding Ceremony" and put forward some Suggestions on the direction of the sixth grade teaching and school Chinese teaching and research.

      Through lectures and discussions, the working group understood the doubts and problems in the teachers' work in The central school of Dama Township, and also sorted out the key points of the teaching and support work in the future.

      午餐的间隙，在大坝乡中心校校长拉马日夫的陪同下，工作组来到了学校在建的新校区参观并制定了校园文化的建设方案以及提出了校园文化建设的具体实施办法。

      During the lunch break, accompanied by Mr. Ramayev, principal of Dama Township Central School, the working group visited the new campus under construction and worked out the construction plan of campus culture and put forward the concrete implementation measures for the construction of campus culture.

      In the afternoon, the working group of teachers held a teacher symposium, made clear the job duties of teachers in the post, affirmed the dedication of teachers in the post.

      On 26th, each working group reported the problems found in this work, the solution strategy and the preliminary effective implementation method.

      As the central school of Dama Township, our school will continue to follow up and provide assistance in education management, teaching philosophy, school system, campus culture construction and other aspects.
