堰宝小卫士健康播报——跟诺如病毒说“不”Yanbao Health Broadcast—Say NO to Norovirus

      最近是诺如病毒感染性腹泻的高发季节，其传染性强，常在家庭内、幼托机构和学校等场所出现聚集性病例。那么，“诺如病毒”到底是什么？我们该如何应对呢？

      Recently, it is the high season ofnorovirus infectious diarrhea, and it is highly infectious, and there is acluster of cases in the family, nursery institutions, schools and other places.So what exactly is a norovirus? What should we do about it?

      What is anorovirus?

      诺如病毒是急性胃肠炎最常见的病原体，寒冷季节呈现高发。诺如病毒既能在冷冻条件下生存，又能耐受60℃以内的较高温度，因此具有发病急、感染性强、传播速度快、涉及范围广等特点。人群对诺如病毒普遍易感，其中5岁以下的儿童和老人发病率较高，感染者发病突然，主要症状为呕吐、腹泻、恶心、腹痛等，儿童患者呕吐普遍，成人患者腹泻为多。诺如病毒感染后24-48小时出现症状，多数患者发病后1-3天即可康复，患病期和康复后三天内是传染性最强的时期。因此，诺如病毒的隔离期为病情痊愈，即症状消失后三天。

      Norovirus is the most common pathogen of acute gastroenteritis. It is high in cold season. The virus cansurvive in freezing conditions, and tolerate within 60 ℃ high temperature, and therefore thevirus has come on urgent, strong infection and transmission speed, wide range,etc.

      诺如病毒的主要传播途径为“粪-口”传播，故主要预防措施是做好食品和饮水工作，加强病人、密切接触者及其直接接触环境的管理等工作，积极切断疾病的传染途径。因此学校和家庭都要做好预防措施。

      The main transmission route ofnorovirus is fecal-oral transmission, so the main preventive measures are topay more attention to food and water.

      学校预防措施 School preventive measures

      1、做好日常清洁和预防性消毒。学生可能接触的物体表面、场所全面彻底地清洁消毒，切断传播途径。

      2、做好疫情监测。严格落实晨检、每日三查及学生缺勤追踪制度，加强学生及教职员工腹泻、呕吐等病例筛查；发现腹泻、呕吐病人增多，及时上报相关部门。

      3、加强健康教育。开展健康教育活动，采取多种形式让学生了解饮用水卫生、肠道传染病健康知识；帮助学生逐步建立健康饮食、卫生防病的意识，形成良好的生活卫生习惯；经常组织学生开展户外体育活动，加强锻炼，增强体质，提高适应环境的能力。

      家庭预防措施 Family preventive measures

      1、注意个人卫生。处理加工食物前需认真洗手，并做到饭前便后勤洗手。

      2、注意饮食卫生。所有食物（特别是贝壳类海产）均应彻底煮熟才食用。

      Pay attention to dietetic hygiene.

      3、注意观察发现。每天早、晚注意观察学生有无呕吐或腹泻等症状，如发现以上情况请及时到正规医院就诊。

      Pay attention to observation.

      病情报告及返校制度 Illness report and return system.

      1、如果学生有呕吐或腹泻症状，请及时就医，并在家休养2-3天，痊愈后持医院病情证明方可返校。

      If the students have symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea, please seek medical advice and stay at home for 2-3 days. After recovery, the students will be admitted to school with the medical certificate.

      2、确诊感染“诺如病毒”的学生，需要在家隔离观察，直至病情痊愈后三天，持医院开具的痊愈证明方可入园。

      Students who are diagnosed with "norovirus" need to be isolated at home until three days after their recovery.
