      9月10日清晨，阳光明媚，马长俊校长早早地来到学校，等待着老师们的到来。一束鲜花，一个红包，更有一句诚挚的祝福！

      In the morning of September 10, when the sun was shining, Principal Ma came to the school, waiting for the arrival of the teachers. A bunch of flowers, a red envelope, but also a sincere blessing!

      9月11日下午，送走了亲爱的孩子们，教师节庆祝活动暨表扬大会在一首《我的妈妈是老师》诗歌朗诵中拉开帷幕。On the afternoon of September 11, the dear children were sent away, and the Teacher's Day celebration and praise conference opened in a poem recitation of My Mother is a Teacher.

      老师就像妈妈一样，陪伴着我们，把智慧与知识传授给我们。作为妈妈是人民教师的孩子，他们感到骄傲和自豪。Teachers, like mothers, accompany us and impart wisdom and knowledge to us. As children whose mothers are teachers, they feel proud.

      学校董事长周烈剑先生和学校终身荣誉校长夏代成校长莅临现场祝福全体教职工节日快乐！Mr. Zhou Liejian, chairman of the school, and Xia Daicheng, the school's lifelong honorary principal, came to the scene to wish all the staff a happy holiday!

      Chairman Zhou expressed his cordial greetingsto all the faculty and staff, fully affirmed the achievements made by theteachers, and gave the best wishes to the future work of the school.

      President Ma sent the most sincere wishes to all teachers, and reviewed the achievements of our school in recent years under the joint efforts of all teachers and students.

      接着，学校表彰了2019-2020学年度获得成都市、都江堰市、校级优秀教职工、优秀班主任、优秀副班主任、优秀教研组、优秀年级组、论文成果、教学质量奖。

      Then, the school commended Chengdu City, Dujiangyan City, school-level excellent faculty, excellent head teacher, excellent deputy head teacher, excellent teaching and research group, excellent grade group, paper achievement, and teaching quality award in the school year 2019-2020.

      在特殊的日子里，学校为了充分发挥优秀教师的“传、帮、带”的作用，学校青蓝工程结对仪式也同时开启。

      李坤主任代表指导教师发言，说出了所有北小实外名师的心里话，表达了要为新教师的成长贡献自己的力量，携手为北小实外的明天贡献力量。

      周凌波老师代表青年教师发言，表达了对学校领导和师傅的感激，话语中道出了青年教师们对尽快成长的渴望和做好本职工作的决心。
