北小实外2026届新生摇号分班活动纪实 Record of New Students’ Lottery Activity

      为让每一位就读我校的学生能在公平的教育环境下健康成长，彰显教育资源均衡，2020年8月29日14:30，我校在学术厅举行了2026届新生分班摇号活动，这已经是我校摇号分班的第5个学年。

      In order to ensure that every student in our school can grow up healthily in a fair educational environment and highlight balanced educational resources, at 14:30 on August 29, 2020, our school held the lottery activity for the class of 2026 freshmen in the academic Hall, which is the fifth academic year of our school.

      13:30，家长们就陆陆续续到达学校。首先签到，领取入场券，然后前往学术厅，等待家长会开始。

      At 13:30, parents arrived at school, signed in and got the admission ticket, then went to the academic hall and waited for the parent meeting to begin.

      14:30，家长会准时开始，首先由马长俊校长就此次摇号分班进行简单讲话，坚持教育公平公正，坚持高品质发展，我们一直在践行。

      At 14:30, the parents' meeting started on time. First of all, Principal Ma Changjun gave a simple speech on the lottery and class division. We have been practicing education fairness and justice and high-quality development.

      马校长讲话结束后，家长摇号分班正式开始，主持人阿蓓老师介绍了此次分班会议的主要议程：(1)分班的原则;(2)介绍了参与督查本次活动的家委会成员;(3)分班微机操作人员徐然林老师就位;(4)分班系统说明:分班时主要针对性别、走读生、住校生、综合特点进行，做到均衡分班。

      After principal Ma's speech, the parents lottery and class division officially began, the moderator teacher abei introduced the main agenda of the class division meeting :(1) The principle of class division; (2) Introduced the members of the family committee participating in the supervision of this activity; (3) Class microcomputer operator Xu Ranlin teacher in place; (4) Description of class division system: Class division is mainly carried out according to gender, day students, resident students and comprehensive characteristics, so as to achieve balanced class division.

      此次摇号活动分为两个阶段。

      The lottery is divided into two stages.

      第一阶段：由徐然林老师操作电脑系统随机分班(包括3位教师子女)，四位家委会成员上台监督，阿蓓老师为家长们讲解系统分班情况。紧张的五分钟过去，8个班的名单随机产生，从结果看，每个班男女生比例恰当、住读走读分配均匀。徐老师现场打印8个班的名单并立即交给督查活动的家委会成员，由他们张贴到各班教室。

      The first stage:Xu Ranlin operates the computer system to randomly divide classes (including 3 teachers' children), four family committee members supervise on stage, and Ms. Abei explains the system divide classes for parents. Tense five minutes past, the list of 8 classes randomly generated, from the results, each class male and female students proportion is appropriate, live and read evenly distributed. Teacher Xu printed the list of 8 classes on the spot and immediately gave it to the family committee members who supervised the activity, and they posted it to each class classroom.

      第二阶段：各班主任入场，主持人随机邀请在场的3位家长上台将未拆封的乒乓球编上号(1-8)，由1位家长持抽签箱，将编好号的乒乓球纳入箱子并摇匀，八位班主任随机抽取一个乒乓球并现场公布执教班级。

      The second stage: each class teacher enters, the host randomly invites 3 parents present on stage to number the table tennis balls that are not opened (1-8), one parent holds the lottery box, brings the numbered table tennis balls into the box and shakes them well, the eight class teachers draw a table tennis ball at random and announce the teaching class on the spot.

      紧张的摇号分班现场会结束后，8位班主任迅速到达教室做好迎接准备，家长们陆续退场并到达相应的教室。每个班主任虽然都是第一次与家长见面，但他们热情的态度、真诚的交流赢得了家长一阵阵热烈的掌声，相信因为孩子而建立的友谊的桥梁一定会愈加牢固，因为家校共同的目标就是一切为了孩子!

      After the tense on-the-spot meeting, the eight head teachers quickly arrived in the classroom to prepare for the reception, and the parents left and arrived at the corresponding classroom one after another. Although it is the first time for each head teacher to meet with parents, their warm attitude and sincere communication have won the warm applause of parents. I believe that the bridge of friendship built by children will be more and more solid, because the common goal of home and school is to do everything for the children!

      从2016年起，我校全部新生分班开始采取学生先现场摇号分班，班主任再抽签决定任教班级的形式，严格遵循“公正、公开、透明”的原则，所有流程邀请全体新生家长参与，学校家委会见证。

      Since 2016, all the new students in our school have been divided into classes by lottery, and the head teacher will decide the teaching class by drawing lots. The principle of "fairness, openness and transparency" is strictly followed. All parents of new students are invited to participate in all the procedures, and the school family committee witnesses.

      让每一位学生在公平的教育环境里健康成长，北小实外一直坚守着这份信念。
