      一、行政议教重规划，教师献策助发展

      ８月２６日下午，我们在马长俊校长、胡涛副校长、吴鸿雁主任等行政领导的带领下，迎来了新学年第一次行政议教。学校各部门干事、学科大组长、教研组长积极与会，结合年级学生发展需要以及教师自身发展需要等，积极献策，促进了学校新学期发展规划的进一步完善。

      On the afternoon of August 26, under the leadership of principal Ma Changjun, Vice Principal Hu Tao, Director Wu Hongyan and other administrative leaders, we ushered in the first administrative teaching of the new school year. The school department secretaries, discipline leaders, teaching and research leaders actively attended the meeting, combined with the development needs of grade students and teachers' own development needs, and actively offered suggestions, promoting the school's new semester development plan to further improve.

      随后一二年级教师就新生入学问题、教学需知、班级管理等方面进行了经验互助交流，以确保新生快速适应新的校园生活。

      二、思维导图理思路，教材解读促教学

      ２７日上午，学校以学科组为单位分场地进行了“思维导图理思路，教材解读促教学”的教材解读活动。老师们紧扣教材，借助思维导图从核心知识点、教学目标、教学策略、教学重难点的突破，以及教学评价等方面进行细致解读与互助交流。对新学期教材、教法有了更扎实的掌握。

      三、组长牵头定目标，年级同步向前冲

      ２８日下午，各年级组班主任、学科教师在组长组织下召开了年级团建会，结合学校新学期发展规划和年级学生特点，指出了年级发展目标与具体措施，分工落实，责任到人。推动了年级工作的有序展开。

      四、开学工作齐动员，防疫安全人人抓

      ２９日中午１２:３０，全体教职员工在学术厅出席会议，叶体平主任就新学期人事安排、防疫安全细则、各年级上下学时段划分以及餐厅就餐注意事项等方面进行了整体布置与责任分工，将“全员育人、全程育人”贯穿始终。
