专家引领 聚力前行 Experts Lead the Growth Path

      为进一步提升教师专业发展，新学期培训会中我校举行了一系列教师专业发展培训活动，也有幸请到了许多教育专家，为老师们带来精彩纷呈的专题讲座。

      In order to further improve the professional development of teachers, our school held a series of teacher professional development training activities in the new semester training meeting, and we were lucky to invite many education experts to bring wonderful special lectures for teachers.

      8月27日，都江堰中学理论室沈西德主任为我们带来了一堂《课程改革与课堂教学》专题讲座。

      On August 27, director Shen Xide of the theory room of Dujiangyan middle school brought us a special lecture on curriculum reform and classroom teaching.

      四川省高品质学校建设指导专家何伦忠老师带来的《高品质课堂建设的教师行动》专题讲座，向老师们诠释了高品质学校的内涵以及如何向高品质学校迈进。

      He Lunzhong, an expert in the construction of high-quality schools in Sichuan Province, delivered a special lecture entitled "Teachers’ action in the construction of high-quality classrooms", which explained to teachers the connotation of high-quality schools and how to move forward to high-quality schools.

      8月28日上午，语文组邀请了成都市教科院罗良建老师和都江堰教研室任小英老师为老师们做专题讲座。罗良建老师为老师们带来了《语文课程如何训练学生思维》专题讲座。

      On the morning of August 28, the language group invited Mr. Luo Liangjian and Mr. Ren Xiaoying from Dujiangyan teaching and research office to give a special lecture for the teachers. Mr. Luo Liangjian brought a special lecture on how to train students' thinking in Chinese course.

      任小英老师就教材的大单元整合教学给老师们做了深入交流。Ren Xiaoying made in-depth exchanges with teachers on the integration of large units of teaching materials.

      成都市教科院张碧荣所长为我校全体数学教师带来了数学教学的新视野“TPACK”讲座。

      Zhang Birong, director of Chengdu Academy of Education Sciences, has brought a new vision of mathematics teaching "TPACK" for all mathematics teachers in our school.

      成都市教科院樊波老师从“为什么做提问研究-存在问题和现象-布鲁姆目标分类法-提问的策略指导”层层剖析，结合精准的案例同英语组教师们进行分享。

      Fan Bo, a teacher from Chengdu Academy of education and science, analyzes "why to do questioning research - existing problems and phenomena - Bloom's goal classification - strategy guidance of questioning", and shares them with English teachers in combination with accurate cases.

      都江堰市教研室罗梦琼老师带领英语组回顾上学期教学工作，理清本学期教学的工作思路及方向。

      Luo Mengqiong, a teacher from Dujiangyan teaching and Research Office, led the English group to review the teaching work of last semester and clarify the working ideas and direction of teaching in this semester.

      28日下午，四川省教育科学研究院《教育科学论坛》与教育志鉴编辑部主任崔勇老师以《教育论文写作的难点》为题，结合论文撰写实例让老师们受益匪浅。

      On the afternoon of 28th, Cui Yong, director of the editorial department of Educational Science Forum and educational chronicles of Sichuan Academy of Educational Sciences, took "Difficulties in writing educational papers" as the title, and explained with examples of paper writing, which benefited teachers a lot.

      专家点拨分享智慧，老师们感受到了在新时代大教育背景下教师深层次专业素养提升的重要性，我们坚信有了专家的引领，老师们定能博采众山之石，提升自己的学科素养。
