我校召开第三次全体教职员工视频会 The Third Video Conference of Faculty and Staff

      3月1日，我校召开全校教职员工第三次视频会议，会议总结了前期学校工作开展情况，并对下一阶段各项工作作出具体部署。

      On March 1st, our school held the third video conference of the faculty and staff of the whole school. The meeting summarized the development of the previous school work and made specific arrangements for the next phase of work .

      首先，课程发展与指导中心吴鸿雁主任对前两周延期开学学生自主学习情况及教师工作做总结，吴主任肯定了每位教师在学生自主学习期间教师答疑、教研活动开展等日常工作，并对教研组工作进行指导。

      First of all, director Wu Hongyan of the curriculum development and guidance center summed up the situation of students' autonomous learning and teachers' work in the first two weeks. Director Wu affirmed every teacher's daily work during the period of students' autonomous learning, such as teachers' Q & A, teaching and research activities, and guided the work of the teaching and research group.

      学校胡涛副校长对全校复学工作准备做推演安排。从学校预复课的工作体系 开学前的防控准备工作，开学后的防控工作等进行逐一的讲解。要求全体教职员工悉心理解，确保落实，为开学复课打下坚实的准备。

      Hu Tao, vice president of the school, made rehearsal arrangements for the preparation of the whole school's resumption.       学校工会陈斌兵主席传达了学校“三.八”妇女节“寻找最美战疫家庭”，“致敬最美巾帼奋斗者”评选活动的通知，希望全校教职员工汇聚力量，担当“战疫先锋”，展现出强劲的北小实外力量。

      Chen binbing, chairman of the school's labor union, delivered the notice of "looking for the most beautiful war epidemic family" and "paying homage to the most beautiful woman fighter" on the school's "March 8" women's day.       最后，学校马长俊校长对整体工作做强调。要求全校教职员工严格对待防疫要求，做好个人防护，做好家长和学生的防护提醒；严格落实延期开学学生自主学习第二阶段的要求，确保优质、低负、高效；全校教职员工树立服务意识，为社会、家长和学生服好务，尽好职责；特别认真做好疫情结束开学前后的各项工作的反复推演，确保万无一失。

      Finally, Ma Changjun, the principal of the school, emphasized the whole work.
