      为防疫抗疫一线人员子女保驾护航。

      To solve the learning confusion of children of the anti-epidemic staff.

      为阻击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，全市广大医务人员、公安干警、社区干部正夜以继日奋战值守在抗疫一线，为保护好广大人民群众的身体健康作出了巨大贡献。为当好这些英雄们的坚强后盾，发扬爱生如子的优秀师德精神，我校积极响应教育局机关党委倡议，调查梳理学校医务人员、公安干警、社区干部子女人数情况，组织党员、教职员工志愿者服务队，通过各种联系方式，做好这些孩子的关爱关心、学业辅导等工作。

      To prevent NCP, all of the medical staff, police and community cadres are working on the frontlines of the epidemic day and night to protect the health of the masses. In order to be the strong backing of heroes and carry forward the excellent moral spirit of loving students as children, our school actively responded to the initiative of the Party committee of the Education Bureau. We investigate and sorte out the number of children whoes families are medical staff, police, community cadres and set up volunteers service teams of Party members and teaching staff. The volunteers take care of the children and help them with their studies in various ways.

      学校按照“一对一”原则，组织党员教师、班主任、科任教师与防疫一线人员子女结对子，采取电话沟通、视频连线、网络交流等多种形式与防疫一线人员子女及居家陪护的家长进行沟通交流，指导学生居家期间的学习和生活。

      According to the principle of "one-to-one", our school organizes teachers to pair up with children of the anti-epidemic staff .The volunteers communicate with the children and their stay-at-homefamilies in various forms such as telephone communication, video connection and Internet communication, so as to guide their study and life at home.

      根据我校延期开学学生自主学习的要求，结合学生家庭实际情况，我校志愿者服务队教师指导防疫一线子女进行自主学习，随时进行线上解惑答疑、批改作业、电话辅导，跟进督促指导，确保学习效果和质量。

      According to the requirements of students' autonomous learning during the postponed school period, combined with the actual situation of students' families, our volunteers guide students' self-study, answer questions online at any time to ensure the learning effect and quality.

      同时，学校组织心理健康教师、班主任等主动了解班级学生特别是一线医务人员子女的心理健康状况，把老师同学的关心关爱送到他们心里，并且加强思想引导，主动做好政策解读，缓解焦虑，共建和谐家校关系，努力提高社会各界的获得感、满意度。

      At the same time, our school organizes mental health teachers and class teachers to actively understand the mental health of the students in the class, especially the children of the front-line medical staff, actively interpret policies, relieve anxiety, build a harmonious home school relationship, and strive to improve the sense of gain and satisfaction of all sectors of society.
