延期开学自主学习，我能行！（二） Self study,I can do it!(Two)

      窗外阳光明媚，又是一年春好处，可是新冠肺炎疫情让我们的工作换了一种形式，也给我们的工作带来了新的挑战，尽管如此，北小实外的教师们有条不紊，迎难而上!

      It's sunny outside the window. It's a good spring again. But the novel coronavirus pneumonia has changed everything in good order and well arranged, and has brought new challenges to our work. Nevertheless,the teachers of our school also methodically!

      学生自主学习开始之前，我校召开全体教职工大会，严格按照教育局延期开学自主学习期间的相关要求，确定学生自主学习期间的每一项细节和新学期开始后的具体工作，真正做到有备无患。

      Before the start of students' self study, our school held a general meeting of all teachers and workers to determine every detail during the period of students' autonomous learning and the work after the start of the new semester, so as to be prepared.

      After  preparatory meeting, all departments of the school are working hard to make preparations for the children's independent learning.

      自主学习开始啦！随着同学们自主学习的开始，各科老师立足于学生核心素养的发展，每天发布内容丰富的任务卡。

      With the beginning of students' self study, teachers of all subjects release task cards with rich contents every day based on the development of students' core literacy.

      遇到问题怎么办？没关系，各科老师在线为你答疑解惑。What should I do if I have a problem? It doesn't matter, every  teacher answers questions for you online.

      同时，学校教育教学质量监控中心通过数据后台从任务发布、答疑评价、任务反馈等方面进行有效、实时、科学监测。

      Quality monitoring center of education and teaching  carries out effective, real-time and scientific monitoring from task release, question answering and evaluation, task feedback and other aspects through the data background.

      虽然学校还没开始上课，但老师们教育的初心和工作的热情丝毫没有减退，我们只是换了一个阵地！

      Although the school has not yet started classes, the teachers' original intention of education and enthusiasm for work have not declined at all. We just changed our position!
