致家长的一封信A letter to parents

亲爱的家长朋友：

您好！

Hello,Dear friends:

      当前，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情正处于关键防控阶段。根据省委应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情工作领导小组有关会议精神，以及四川省教育厅《关于调整全省大中小学幼儿园2020年春季开学时间的通知》精神，为全力做好我校新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，落实重大突发公共卫生事件I级应急响应要求，保障全体师生健康安全，现做几点温馨提示：

      At present, the novel coronavirus infection is in the key stage of prevention and control of pneumonia. Novel coronavirus infection in Sichuan province was also discussed in accordance with the spirit of the leading group of the provincial Party Committee on the work of the epidemic prevention and the spirit of the "Notice of adjusting the opening hours of primary school and kindergarten in spring 2020" of the Education Department of the provincial education department. The aim is to make sure that the new outbreak of coronavirus infection in our school is good for the prevention and control of pneumonia, and to ensure that all the teachers and students are safe and healthy.       一、严格遵守相关规定。

      我校原定2020年2月17日返校的开学时间推迟，具体开学时间将根据疫情防控形势以及省、市教育行政主管部门的文件精神另行通知，未通知前所有学生不得提前返校。

      二、宅在家，少出门。

      在疫情的关键时期，家长朋友要充分认识居家隔离的重大意义，这是对自己的保护和珍惜，是对别人的尊重和关爱，也是对国家的支持与贡献!与孩子共同居家隔离，如实向社区和学校报告有关情况。

      三、密切关注孩子身心健康。

      3.Pay close attention to children's physical and mental health. 

      由于延期开学，孩子长时间“宅”在家中，难免会产生一些焦虑抵触情绪。这个时候，家长朋友需给予孩子相应的心理疏导，与孩子更多互动，让家庭氛围活跃起来。必要时家长朋友可联系孩子老师，积极寻求老师们的帮助指导，让孩子以良好的精神状态迎接新学期的到来。

      四、保持良好生活习惯。

      4.Keep good living habits.

      希望家长们科学安排孩子们的膳食平衡营养；合理安排作息时间，保证孩子充足的睡眠，但不睡懒觉；坚持绿色上网，注意用眼卫生；引导孩子们适当进行室内体育锻炼；保持良好的个人卫生习惯，勤洗手，居室住所勤通风。

      五、做好规划和学习。

      虽然疫情影响了正常开学，但是老师们始终牵挂着孩子的学习和发展。延期开学期间，老师们已为你们精心设计了“延时开学自主学习任务卡”， 从2月17日起，每周一至周五，各班将由任课教师通过网络平台，以在线答疑、在线辅导的方式指导同学们在家进行自主学习，希望孩子们能认真按照老师的要求完成任务，家长和孩子可根据家庭实际情况制定学习时间表，为新学期的到来奠定基础。复课后，学校会根据上级教育行政主管部门要求做好教学时间和教学内容的调整，保证教学时间不减少。

      六、做好契机教育。

      这次疫情虽然影响了全国人民的生活，但这不失为一次良好的教育契机，良好的教育素材。我们可以将这次疫情作为家国情怀教育的契机，进行法律法规教育的契机，进行珍爱生命教育的契机，进行人文精神教育的契机，进行自我成长教育的契机。

这是一场没有硝烟的战役，医务人员在前线冲锋陷阵，我们在后方积极配合，就是保证这场战役能取得胜利的坚实后盾。向所有战斗在防疫一线的工作人员致敬！向我校奋战在防疫一线的300多位家长致敬！
