给北小实外孩子们的一封信 A Letter to the Children

亲爱的孩子们：Dear kids,

       春已至，课未停。这堂“课”从放寒假就开始了，“老师”是白衣卫士、公安干警和穿红色衣服的志愿者们。这堂课里我们学的一些词语也和书本上不一样，比如“逆行”一词，浑身充满力量，是融化这寒冬的一股暖流；比如“钟南山”一词，不仅是一位白衣老者的姓名，更是一座让新冠病毒无法撼动的大山！再如“雷神山”“火神山”代表的是中国速度，“隔离”则是一种责任。为什么我们在书本上学到的这些词的意思发生了这么深刻变化呢？是因为对祖国深沉的爱！

       Spring hasarrived and the classes have not stopped. This "lesson" began fromthe winter holiday, "teachers" are the white guards, the police and thevolunteers in red. Some of the words we learnedin this class are also different from those in the book. For example, the word" retrograde" is full of power and is a warm current melting the coldwinter. For example, "Zhong Nanshan" is not only the name of an oldman in white, but also a mountain that the new coronavirus cannot shake! Another example is that "Leishenshan" and "Huoshenshan" represent Chinese speed, and "isolation" is a responsibility. Why have the meanings of the words we learn in books changed so profoundly? Because of the deep love for the motherland!

       国之兴，德先立。我们要把在这堂课学到的延续到我们的延迟开学自主学习当中，宅在家里，用自己的歌声传送力量，用画笔勾勒祝福，用文字记录感动。84岁的钟南山爷爷挺着坚韧的脊梁，疫情期间，我们虽不能行万里路，但能读万卷书，能野蛮其体魄，吾辈正当少年时，亦应发奋图强！

       The prosperity ofthe country is based on virtue. We need to extend what we learned in this lesson to our self-study of delayed start of school, stay at home, use our ownvoice to transmit power, use a brush to outline blessings, and use words torecord feelings. Grandpa Zhong Nanshan, 84 years old, has a strong backbone. During the epidemic, although we can't travel ten thousand miles, we can readten thousand books and savage our physique. When we were young, we should alsostrive hard!

       下面是学校为孩子们制定的延迟开学在家自主学习课表，相信每一个北小实外的孩子都能在老师指导下用眼睛、用双手、用歌声、用智慧、用习惯将它充实，将它丰满！  

The following isthe school's schedule for children's self-study at home. We believe that everychild can enrich it with eyes, hands, songs, wisdom and habits under theguidance of teachers!

       亲爱的孩子们，阳春布德泽，万物生光辉。春的色彩不只是绿色渲染，宅在家里也不会一成不变的乏味，期待你们在延时学习中呈现出万紫千红！

       Dear kids, , all things shine under the sun. The color of spring is notjust green rendering, and staying at home will not be unchangeable boring. Ihope that you will show a myriad of colors in the delayed learning!
