借力专家指引 再研目标叙写 Research on Goal Narrative

      12月24日，天气虽然寒气逼人，但是我们北小实外“指向目标叙写”等语文教学研究氛围热火朝天。因为我们迎来了来自上海复旦小学的三位专家的亲临指导。他们分别是复旦小学的董海佳校长、张怡副校长和干娟芳老师。

      On December 24, although the weather was chilly, the atmosphere of Chinese teaching and research "towardthe goal narrative" was very hot. Because we have welcomed three expertsfrom Fudan Primary School in Shanghai. They are principal Gong Haijia, vice principalZhang Yi and teacher Gan Juanfang from Fudan Primary School.

      研讨第一环节——听课。上午，专家们先聆听我校老师提供的三堂研究课。这三节课均结合这一年来老师们对“目标叙写”方面的学习、研究和探索设计的。二年级唐佳老师执教的《第四单元复习》，二年级岳小瑾老师执教的《句子专项复习》，一年级曹珊老师执教的《小蜗牛》。

      The first part of the discussion - listening. In the morning, the experts first listened to three research classes provided by our teachers. These three classes are designed in combination with the teachers' learning, research and exploration of "goal description" in the past year. Unit 4 Review taught by Tang Jia in the second grade, Sentence Special Reviewtaught by Yue Xiaojin in the second grade, and Little Snail taught by Cao Shan in the first grade.

      课后，专家们对三堂课进行了精准、深入的评析，也给予了高度肯定。最后站在课程构建和细化、落实目标叙写等高度提出了宝贵意见和建议，让上课和听课的北外语文老师们豁然开朗！

      After class, the experts made accurate and in-depth comments on the three classes and gave them high recognition. At last, they also put forward valuable suggestions and Suggestions from the height of curriculum construction and refinement, implementation goal narration, and let the teachers of Beijing foreign language school suddenly be enlightened

      下午，专家团队和我校二年级语文组老师在学校会议室，均以二年级下期第八单元为例，和全校语文老师交流此单元目标叙写的研究情况。

      首先是二年级语文组杨凤娟老师代表我校老师针对近一年来对目标叙写研究的做法、方向、困惑及第八单元目标叙写情况做汇报交流。

      First of all, on behalf of the teachers of our school, Ms Yang Fengjuan, the second grade Chinese group, madea report and exchange on the practice, direction, confusion and unit 8 goaldescription in the past year.

      接着是复旦小学干老师交流介绍贵校目标叙写研究方向、具体操作方法和第八单元目标叙写情况。

      Then, Ms Gan from Fudan Primary School introduced the research direction, specific operation methods and unit 8 goaldescription of their school.

      在专家们的介绍、解说、指导下，我校语文老师如见黑夜的明灯，找到目标叙写方面更加科学的研究方向、撰写方法、落实措施。因此，北小实外语文组每位老师在这一天心里暖意浓浓！

      Under the introduction, explanation and guidance of the experts, the Chinese teachers in our school have found amore scientific research direction, writing methods and implementation measuresfor goal narration. Therefore, every teacher in the Chinese language group of our school was warm in the heart on this day!
