雄安新区校长我校跟岗纪实Principals from Xiong'an New Area at Our School

      “有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎”。十月的都江堰秋色宜人，十月的北小实外高朋满座。2019年10月14日，应北京师范大学校长培训安排，河北省教育厅“雄安新区中小学研究型校长培养项目”中关村三小校长刘为民、雄县七间房乡三冢小学校长谢瑞东、容城县容城镇中心校校长陈志军、安新县卢庄乡芦庄学校校长甄石普、安新县赵北口镇赵庄子小学校长赵帅普、容城县教育局教研室李志强老师一行6人远道而来，在北小实外开展为期三天的跟岗研修培训。

      "It’s great to have friends coming from afar". In October, It’s charming autumn scenery in Dujiangyan. There were many guests visited our school. On October 14,2019, In response to the training arrangement of the president of Beijing Normal University,Hebei Provincial Department of education "the training project of research-oriented presidents of primary and secondary schools in xiong'an New Area".Liu Weimin, the principal of the Zhongguancun School of Xiong'an New Area, , Xie Ruidong, the principal of Qijianfang town, XiongCounty. Chen Zhijun, the principal of Middle School of Rongcheng town. ZhenShipu, the principal of Luzhuang School atLuzhuang Town, Zhao Shuaipu, the principal of Zhaozhuangzi Primary School at Zhaobeikou Town,.Li Zhiqiang, a teacher from the Education Bureau of RongchengCounty, came from afar and started a three-day trip in Dujiangyan Bei Jie Experiment Foreign Language School for training .

      Accompanied by theenthusiasm of principal Ma Changjun, the guestsvisited the campus and class culture of our school..

      参观结束后，马长俊校长主持开展了学校特色建设专题讲座。向来宾们介绍了学校办学特色、学校发展规划、课程建设、队伍建设等学校特色工作。

      After the visit, principal Ma presided over a special lecture on theconstruction of school characteristics. Introduced the school'scharacteristics, school development planning, curriculum construction, teambuilding and other school characteristics to the guests.

      胡涛副校长为来宾们介绍了学校教学质量管理与监督措施。课程中心主任吴鸿雁分享了学校科研工作特色。

      The Director ofthe Sichuan Provincial Teaching Science Forum, Director Cui and Director Guo,gave guidance to the research project of the “STEM Course of Dujiangyan CityWater Conservancy Project”, and the principals listened carefully. Director Cuigave a book to the headmaster of Xiong An and his post, "Going to a HighQuality School"

      校长们走进课堂，聆听了两节研究课，并积极参与课堂研讨活动。

      The principalswalked into the classroom, listened to two research sessions, and activelyparticipated in class seminars.

      都江堰市小学教研室主任张万龙参加评课指导，六位校长也高度评价两堂课，并就课堂发表了自己独到的见解。

      Zhang Wanlong,director of the Dujiangyan Primary School Teaching and Research Section,participated in the evaluation of the class. The six principals also set highvalue on the two classes and published their own unique insights on the class.

      为进一步拓展跟岗校长交流平台，马校长带领大家参观了都江堰市优质学校—都江堰市友爱小学。

      此次雄安新区校长跟岗培训,对学校常规教育教学也是一次全面的检阅和促进,在真诚、平等而深入的交流中,加强了沟通，加深了友谊，也有效促进我校建设高品质学校的步伐！
