都江堰市北街小学实验外国语学校 接受市人大对市政府落实食品安全实地检查 Food Safety Inspection

      2019年10月21日下午，都江堰市人大常委会、人民政府、人大代表和人大经济委员会一行，在市人大常委会主任王聪和人民政府副市长袁明的带领下，莅临都江堰市北街小学实验外国语学校检查贯彻落实《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及“餐饮业菜单标识标准化精细化推广示范”的工作开展情况。学校董事长周烈剑、学校副校长胡涛、食安办主任吴勇陪同检查。

      On October 21st, under the leadership of Wang Cong, director of the Committee of Dujiangyan Municipal People's Congress, and Yuan Ming, deputy mayor of Dujiangyan Municipal People's Congress, the leaders of Dujiangyan Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, people's government and Economic Committee of Dujiangyan Municipal People's Congress visited our school to check the implementation of the food safety law of the people's Republic of China and the "Promotion demonstration of standardized and refined menu signs in catering industry". Zhou Liejian, President of the school, Hu Tao, vice principal of  school and Wu Yong, director of the food safety office accompanied the inspection.

      首先，艾小红老师向代表们介绍了我校在食品安全领域的规章制度、操作流程以及工作情况的开展。First of all, AI Xiaohong introduced the rules and regulations, operation process and work situation of our school in the field of food safety.

      Then, the representatives came to the school restaurant to learn about the students' nutrition menu, bright kitchen display, food safety system and safety plan.

      最后代表们走进新提档升级的学校后厨，了解学校食材严格验收程序和单循环制作流程，参观了主食库房、副食库房、鸡蛋库房，蔬菜加工间、肉类加工间、面食加工间，全封闭防火烹饪间、全自动洗碗间、超高温消毒间、留样间、配餐间等。

      At last, the representatives went into the upgraded kitchen, understood the strict acceptance procedures and single cycle production process of school food materials, visited the main food warehouse, non-staple food warehouse, egg warehouse, vegetable processing room, meat processing room, pasta processing room, fully closed fire-proof cooking room, fully automatic dishwashing room, ultra-high temperature disinfection room, sample room, catering room, etc.

      Our School has always attached great importance to food safety,  nutritional health as the concept of service education! Our school will continue to bear in mind that food safety is as important as Mount Tai, we will control food safety, so that our school's food safety work can achieve students' like, parents' satisfaction, social praise and government's trust.
