沿江小学老师到我校进行跟岗活动 Teachers will study in our school

      10月9日，我校迎来了由沿江小学文洪校长带队的六位语文老师。沿江小学的六位老师将在我校进行为期一周的跟岗学习。

      On October 9, our school welcomed six Chinese teachers headed by Wenhong, principal of Yanjiang Primary School. Six teachers will study in our school for a week.

      In the morning, the teachers and the instructors met, discussed and signed a pair of agreements, clarify the on-the-job learning requirements and related work arrangements, and familiarize themselves with the school environment.

      仪式结束后，指导老师便带着跟岗老师走进了教室，拉开了为期一周的跟岗学习序幕。

      After the ceremony, the instructor took the trainee teacher into the classroom and opened the prelude of a week of trainee learning.

      本次活动的目标为基于核心素养下的部编本语文新教材的解析。希望能通过课堂观摩、课后讨论、课堂展示、理论学习等环节，促使跟岗老师和指导教师在本次跟岗学习活动中教学相长，学有所获，教有所得。

      The objective of this activity is to analyze the new Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry based on core literacy. It is hoped that through the classroom observation, after class discussion, class presentation, theoretical study and other links, teachers and instructing teachers will be encouraged to learn from each other in this study and learn from others.
