专家引领明思路 高瞻远瞩谋发展 Experts are Leading the Way

      为了提高教师开展教育科研的能力，推动学校优质化、特色化、内涵式发展，促进教学工作和教师专业化成长，2019-2020学年度上期暑期开学培训期间，我校有幸邀请了各级专家莅临学校开展培训指导。

      In order to improve theability of teachers to carry out education and scientific research, promote thequality, characteristic and intensive development of the school, and promotethe professional growth of teaching work and teachers, our school had the honorto invite experts at all levels to conduct training and guidance during thefirst summer training period of the academic year of 2019-2020. 

      来自成都七中育才学校的何伦忠校长，为大家带来了以《深度教学——聚焦学科核心素养的深度学习样态》为题的专题讲座。讲座中，何校长以“何为深度教学”、“为何深度教学”、“如何深度教学”，由浅入深，层层递进地给大家介绍了深度学习与学科核心素养之间的内在联系。

      Principle He Lunzhong from Chengdu No.7 Yucai schoolintroduced the internal connection between deep learning and core quality ofthe subject step by step by "what is deep teaching", "why isdeep teaching" and "how is deep teaching".

      四川省特级教师、都江堰中学高级教师、成都市“常青树”导师罗大富老师为我们带来《坚持五个结合，促进自身发展》的讲座。罗老师从自身发展和学生成长、持之以恒与执着追求、个人荣誉与教育发展等几个方面，为老师们详细地剖析了教师成长中所必经的阶段，让老师们豁然开朗，成长之路更明晰。  

      Mr. Luo Dafu gave us a lecture on "Sticking toFive Combinations to Promote Self-Development". From the aspects ofself-development and students' growth, perseverance and persistent pursuit,personal honor and education development, Mr. Luo analyzed in detail the stagesthat teachers must go through in their growth so as to make teachers clear andclear.

      成都市教科院课程与教材研究中心罗良建副主任为语文组带来了《新教材，新理念，新实践》的主题讲座。罗老师以生动形象的语言，深入浅出地讲解方式，为大家详细地解读了部编版教材新的教学理念、目标及具体操作方法，让老师们在开学前有了更加明确的教学方向。

      Luo Liangjian, Chengdu Academy of Education, hasbrought a lecture on "New Textbooks, New Ideas, New Practices" to theChinese Group. With vivid language, Luo explained the new teaching ideas,objectives and specific operation methods of the textbook in detail, so thatteachers can have a more clear teaching direction before the beginning ofschool.

      成都市教科院樊波老师为我校英语教师进行了《小学英语单元主题教学》的专题讲座，樊老师深入浅出地解读了小学英语单元主题教学，让老师们豁然开朗。

      Teacher Fan Bo of Chengdu Academy of Education gave aspecial lecture on the theme teaching of English unit in primary schools forour English teachers. Teacher Fan interpreted the theme teaching of Englishunit in primary schools in a deep and simple way, so that the teachers could beopen-minded.

      成都市教科院张碧荣老师为我校数学老师们开展了一场关于如何训练学生数学学习能力的思维风暴，让老师们受益匪浅。

      Teacher Zhang Birong of Chengdu Academy of Educationhas launched a thinking storm on how to train students' mathematics learningability for our math teachers, which benefits teachers a lot.

      老师们在指导中更加明晰了教师前行的道路，一个学校没有研究就没有创新，没有创新就没有生命力。我们坚信，在专家的引领下，在教师团队专业化成长进程中，我们会走得更远！

      Without research, a school will not have innovation,and without innovation, there will be no vitality. We believe that under theguidance of experts, we will go further in the process of professional growthof teachers' team.
