北小实外2019暑期安全小贴士 2019 Summer Safety Tips

亲爱的同学们：

Dear students:

      本学期的学习任务已经结束，暑假即将来临。为了让大家过一个安全、健康、有趣的假期，为了保护同学们的人身安全不受伤害。现将假期内大家应注意的安全知识再次作以强调。希望同学们在假期里，时时、事事、处处注意安全，确保过一个快乐的假期。

      The study taskof this semester has ended and the summer vacation is coming. In order to leteveryone have a safe, healthy and fun holiday, in order to protect the personalsafety of the students from harm. The safety knowledge that everyone should payattention to during the holidays is now emphasized again. I hope that thestudents will pay attention to safety during the holidays, always, everything,and ensure a happy holiday.

      一、预防溺水事故发生(prevent drowning accidents)

      防溺水必须做到“六不”：不私自下水游泳；不擅自与他人结伴游泳；不在无家长或教师带领的情况下游泳；不到无安全设施、无救援人员的水域游泳；不到不熟悉的水域游泳；不熟悉水性的学生不擅自下水施救。

      Flood preventionmust be "six no": not swimming in private; not swimming with otherswithout permission; swimming without the guidance of parents or teachers; swimming in the waters without safety facilities and without rescuers; notunfamiliar Swimming in the waters; students who are not familiar with water arenot allowed to go into the water for rescue.

      另外，我们小学生属于未成年人，发现有人溺水，不要擅自下水营救，应大声呼救，寻求成年人帮助。许多水池、水库水况不明，不宜游泳，容易发生溺水事故，同学们禁止到这些地方去玩耍。

      In addition, ourprimary school students belong to minors. We find that some people aredrowning. Don’t rush to rescue the water. They should call for help and seek help fromadults. Many pools and reservoirs have unclear water conditions and are notsuitable for swimming. It is prone to drowning accidents. Students areprohibited from playing in these places.

      二、注意交通安全(pay attention to traffic safety)

      大家假期出行尤其要注意交通安全。出行时同学们一定要做到：

      In particular,everyone should pay attention to traffic safety during their holidays. Studentsmust do when they travel:

      1、遵守交通规则：“绿灯行，红灯停”；行走时要走人行道；主动避让机动车辆。

      1. Obey thetraffic rules: “Green light, red light stop”; walk the sidewalk when walking; actively avoid motorvehicles.

      2、穿越马路，要走人行横道线；在没有人行横道的路段，在确认没有机动车通过时才可以穿越马路。

      3、不要翻越道路中央的安全护栏和隔离墩，更不能在马路上嬉戏。

      2、避免接触传染病人。

      四、预防食物中毒（prevent food poisoning）

      1、养成吃东西以前洗手的习惯。

      2、生吃瓜果要洗净。

      3、不随便吃野菜、野果。

      4、不吃腐烂变质的食物。

      五、提高警惕，防拐骗、敲诈、侵害（Improve vigilance, prevent abduction, extortion, andinfringement）

      1、不答应陌生人的邀请；不乘坐陌生人的车辆；不接受陌生人的饮料、食物；不给陌生人开门；不独自或私自结伴外出；不到荒凉或偏僻的地方玩耍；碰到紧急的事拨打“110”报警救助。

      2、万一迷路不要惊慌，要呆在原地等候父母来找或及时拨打“110”，请求警察的帮助

      3、记住自己家里的地址和爸爸妈妈的工作单位、电话号码、手机号码。

      六、防自然灾害（Prevention of natural disasters）

      雷雨天气，千万不要站在野外、高地、大树底下避雨，以免遭到雷击；在家里应关好门窗。地震来临时，要冷静对待。要迅速逃离建筑物，无法逃离的应迅速躲在桌椅下或卫生间、楼梯道等狭小房间，等待救援。

      七、防触电（to prevent electric shock）

      1、学习用电常识，不要用硬物品接触电源，也不要用人体某个部位接触电源，以防触电，要在家长的指导下逐步学会使用普通的家用电器。

      2、不要乱插、私接电源，不要用湿手去插电源插头。

      3、凡是金属制品都是导电的，千万不要用这些物品直接与电源接触。

      八、网络安全（network security）

      1、没有经过父母同意，不要把自己及父母家人的真实信息，如姓名、住址、学校、电话号码和相片等，在网上告诉其他人。

      1. Don't tellthe other people's real information, such as name, address, school, phonenumber and photos, on the Internet without parental consent.

      2、不要浏览不健康网站。

      2. Don't browseunhealthy websites.

      3、根据与父母的约定，适当控制上网时间，一般每次不要超过1小时，每天不超过2小时。

      九、安排好假期生活。（Arrange for a holiday life）

      1、制定暑期活动计划表。在征求父母意见后，制定好暑期生活安排计划表，使我们的暑假生活富有条理性和次序性。

      1. Develop asummer activity schedule. After consulting parents, we will formulate a summerlife plan to make our summer vacation lifeline and orderly.

      2、安排好暑期的学习活动。暑假期间，我们要完成暑期作业，包括老师布置的复习和预习。可以利用暑假期间要求家长配合自己完成一些社会实践活动。

      2. Arrange thesummer study activities. During the summer vacation, we have to complete summerhomework, including review and preparation for the teacher's placement. Parentscan be used during the summer vacation to ask parents to cooperate withthemselves to complete some social practice activities.

      3、做一些自己想做的事情。每个同学都有自己的个人爱好和兴趣，大家可以利用暑假时间学习一些新技能，比如绘画、打球、书法等，做到劳逸结合。

      4、读读课外书。暑假里读一两本好书确实是个不错的想法。选好你要看的书，精读，体会。这有利于我们在读书中增长知识，开拓眼界，激发学习兴趣，促进思考，所以，多读书，读好书的作用不可估量。

      5、分担家务劳动。假期里父母仍然要上班，我们可以主动为父母分担一些家务，这不但能减轻父母的劳累，而且对于锻炼自我的劳动能力、自理能力都有好处，所以建议同学在暑假期间能多帮助父母分担一些家务劳动。

      5.       十、假期其他注意事项(Other matters needing attention during the holidays)

      1、不玩危险游戏。

      2、不靠近建筑工地、施工场所和危房。

      3、不玩火、不玩电，不进入网吧。
