都江堰市第五届中小学班主任技能决赛（小学组）在我校举行 Teacher-in-charge Skills Final

      6月13日，第五届中小学班主任技能大赛决赛（小学组）在我校举行。本次大赛历时两个多月，经校级初赛、片区复赛，最终共七名选手进入市级决赛，我校赵丽老师参加决赛。

      On June 13th, the fifth primary and secondary school head teacher skills competition (primary school group) was held in our school. The contest lasted for more than two months. After the preliminary contest at the school level and the second round in the district, a total of seven contestants finally entered the municipal finals. Zhao Li participated in the finals.

      市教育局副局长王忠、成都市“常青树兴教计划”派驻都江堰市学监余业果、市教育局少工委总辅导员孙梅、都江堰市中小学教育研究室主任胡贵旗、副主任张庆刚、德育教研员马德庆、戴燕莉莅临现场，来自全市小学的一百多名班主任到场观摩学习。

      Wang Zhong, deputy director of Municipal Bureau of Education, Yu Yiguo, a school supervisor of Chengdu "Changqing Tree Promoting Education Program", Sun Mei, general counselor of Municipal Bureau of Education, Hu Guiqi, deputy director of Dujiangyan Primary and Secondary School Education Research Office, Zhang Qinggang, Ma Deqing, Dai Yanli, came to the scene. More than 100 teachers from all primary schools in the city came to watch and study.

      本次大赛从主题班会课展示、班级活动方案撰写、治班策略展示、模拟家长会发言、学生心理个案分析和班主任礼仪规范等六项内容，全面考察班主任的理论修养、业务素质、专业能力、工作技巧和能力，充分展示班主任的综合素养。

      This contest is composed of six contents. The competition comprehensively inspects the theoretical accomplishment, professional quality, professional ability, working skills and abilities of the head teacher, and fully demonstrates the comprehensive accomplishment of the head teacher.

      比赛结束，成都市“常青树兴教计划”派驻都江堰市学监余业果做点评，本次比赛决赛选手表现出良好的专业素质，良好的仪表仪态，良好语言能力，组织能力和调控能力。

      At the end of the competition, Yu Yeguo, a school supervisor in Dujiangyan, was assigned to Chengdu "Changqing Tree Promoting Education Program" to make comments. The finalists of the competition showed good professional quality, good appearance, good language ability, organizational ability and control ability.

      最后，市教育局少工委总辅导员孙梅宣布单项和综合比赛结果：我校赵丽老师获得班主任礼仪规范比赛第一名。

      Finally, Sun Mei, the general counselor of the Municipal Bureau of Education, announced the results of individual and comprehensive competitions: Zhao Li, a teacher in our school, won the first prize in the class teacher's etiquette standard competition.

      此次第五届中小学班主任技能大赛决赛（小学组）在我校圆满结束。
