跟岗粤地名校 促进教师发展 Learning Promotes Development

      5月20——24日我校体育组邓兰老师在成都市教科院的组织下，随成都市青年教师交流团一行到达广州市越秀区东川路小学开始一周的跟岗学习！

      From May 20 to 24, under the organization of Chengdu Academy of Education, Deng Lan of our school's sports group arrived at Dongchuan Road Primary School in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou with the Chengdu Youth Teachers Exchange Group to start a week's follow-up study.

      走进"小而精致、小而有为"的东川校园，一眼就被醒目的"棋""乐""运"三块条幅吸引住了。在雄壮的鼓号声中接受校方领导的欢迎仪式，接下来便在和带教导师的交流中了解了该校体育学科特色及进一步的跟岗任务，并分享两地教学的差异和值得借鉴的教学方法！

      Walking into Dongchuan Campus, I was attracted by three striking banners. Accept the welcome ceremony of the school leadership in the magnificent drum sound, then understand the characteristics of the school's physical education disciplineand further follow-up tasks in the exchange with the instructors, and share the differences of teaching between the two places and the teaching methods worth learning!

      在跟岗导师的引导下，借着交流与学习的东风，我校邓兰老师也代表跟岗团队献上一堂体育实践课《跳跃与游戏》，课堂新颖有趣、思维活跃、方式多样得到了学校领导及听课教师的一致好评！

      Under the guidance of the trainee tutor, on behalf of the trainee team, Deng Lan also presented a physical education practice class "Jumpingand Game". The class is novel and interesting, with active thinking and diverse ways, which has won unanimous praise from the school leaders and teachers.

      一周的教育教学跟岗活动，从学科发展与建设、科研管理、课题研究、班级文化建设、大课间体育活动及学生综合实践活动的开展都让我们耳目一新；让我们多角度、多维度、有深度地认识了多元东川、致善致美的内涵！

      One week's education and teaching activities, school activities and students' comprehensive practice activities make us refreshed; let us have adeep understanding of the connotation of multi-faceted Dongchuan, kindness and beauty from multiple perspectives, multi-dimensional!

      愿两地的教学交流能一直延续！路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”为期一周的跟岗学习已结束，但教学之路还任重道远，愿我们秉承教育的初心、坚定教育理想，为各自学校的发展添砖加瓦！
