我校教师参加都江堰市“中小衔接”经验交流活动Primary-Middle School Education Connection

      5月14日，都江堰市2019年“班主任工作经验交流暨中小衔接活动”在都江堰市柳街小学成功举行。会议中，我校艾小红老师进行了专题交流——《仰望星空，做一个快乐的班主任》。

      On May 14, Dujiangyan City successfully held "Exchange of Work Experience of Head Teachers and Linking up Activities of Middle and Small Schools" in Dujiangyan Liujie Primary School in 2019. During the meeting, our school teacher Ai Xiaohong had a special exchange - "Looking up at the stars, be a happyhead teacher".

      结合多年带班经验，艾老师强调作为新时代的班主任，在正确认识学生并制定个性化指导方案的基础上，应不断加大教师自身的学习“进口”，提升教师专业素养，尤其关注学生心理健康发展与疏导工作。构建和谐、健康、向上的班级的同时，做一名快乐的班主任。

      Based on manyyears' experience in leading classes, Teacher Ai emphasizes that, as a class teacher in the new era, on the basis of correctly understanding students and formulating individualized guidance programs, teachers should constantly increase their own learning "import" and improve their professional quality, paying particular attention to the development of students' mental health and the work of counseling.
