语文组半期工作总结 Summary of the half-term work

      5月8日下午，语文组在图书室开展了“凝心聚力，反思前进”的半期工作总结会。

      On the afternoon of May 8, the Chinese Group held a seminar on "Cohesion, Reflection and Progress" in the library.

      语文组各教研组长对本组前半期工作作了总结，提出了本组在教学上的特色项目以供借鉴。同时，各年级针对半期考试试卷，进行了深入细致的分析，找出各个年级的易错点，在全组进行交流，讨论改进提升的方法，从而在后半学期更加明确教学重难点和努力的方向。最后，大组组长任红提出在后半学期，各年级务必再次落实教学目标和重难点，持续落实“教学八认真”，强化基础，实现教学质量的稳步提升。

      The leader of each grade of the Chinese Group summarized the first half of the group's work, and put forward the characteristics of the group's teaching projects for reference. At the same time, the teachers of all grades have made a thorough and detailed analysis of the half-term examination papers, found out the error-prone points of each grade, exchanged with the whole group, discussed the methods of improving and upgrading, and thus made the teaching difficulties and direction clearer in the second half of the semester. Finally, Ren Hong, leader of whole group, put forward that in the second half of the semester, all grades must implement the teaching objectives and difficulties again, continue to implement the "Eight Serious Teaching", strengthen the foundation, and achieve the steady improvement of teaching quality.
