一大早,刚从北京学习回来的上海复旦小学董海佳校长,就赶到学校,关心语文组的跟岗工作,就单元目标续写的努力方向给予指导。

随后,张怡校长向我们展示了上海复旦小学围绕课程目标达成所进行的系列作业设计与评价,给我们带来了新的灵感与触动。

紧接着,教导主任陈静老师,以4年级检测试卷为例,向我们详细介绍了包括检测试卷双向细目表、检测试卷样本、评价标准等“一试六件套”。让我充分感受到了“严谨治学”的务实精神。

下午,语文组老师又在徐老师的陪同下,参加了上海市长宁区小学“整本书阅读”教学观摩活动,受益匪浅。

今天的数学团队也特别忙碌而充实。

上午我们在上海绿苑小学跟岗学习,先听了周戎老师执教的《三角形分类》,然后又欣赏了一年级特色数趣课《有趣的数独》,并与两位执教老师进行了交流。

来不及午餐,大家又赶往上海复旦小学,聆听数学备课组长谢丁媛老师专题讲座《双向细目表的编制》,就利用双向细目表的有效评估进行了探讨。

来回的奔波虽然不易,但为了不断地进步与发展,我们甘之如饴。
