赴上海跟岗学习（四）Study in Shanghai (Four)

      5月9日，上海跟岗学习第四天。

      On May 9th, the fourth day with the post training.

      一大早，刚从北京学习回来的上海复旦小学董海佳校长，就赶到学校，关心语文组的跟岗工作，就单元目标续写的努力方向给予指导。

      Early in the morning, President Dong Haijia of Shanghai Fudan Primary School, who had just returned from Beijing, rushed to the school to care about the work of the Chinese group and give guidance on the direction of the unit's goal.

      随后，张怡校长向我们展示了上海复旦小学围绕课程目标达成所进行的系列作业设计与评价，给我们带来了新的灵感与触动。

      Afterwards, President Zhang Yi showed us the design and evaluation of the series of assignments completed by Shanghai Fudan Primary School around the goal of the course, which brought us new inspiration and touch.

      紧接着，教导主任陈静老师，以4年级检测试卷为例，向我们详细介绍了包括检测试卷双向细目表、检测试卷样本、评价标准等“一试六件套”。让我充分感受到了“严谨治学”的务实精神。

      Next, the Director of Discipline, Mr. Chen Jing, took the test paper of the 4th grade as an example, and introduced us in detail, including the two-way detailed list of test papers, samples of test papers, evaluation criteria, etc. Let me fully feel the pragmatic spirit of "strict study".

      下午，语文组老师又在徐老师的陪同下，参加了上海市长宁区小学“整本书阅读”教学观摩活动，受益匪浅。

      In the afternoon, our Chinese teachers were accompanied by MS Xu, participated in the “Reading the Whole Book” teaching observation activity in Shanghai Changning District Primary School, which benefited a lot.

      今天的数学团队也特别忙碌而充实。

      Today's math team was also very busy and fulfilling.

      上午我们在上海绿苑小学跟岗学习，先听了周戎老师执教的《三角形分类》，然后又欣赏了一年级特色数趣课《有趣的数独》，并与两位执教老师进行了交流。

      In the morning, we studied at Shanghai Luyuan Primary School. We attended the "Triangle Classification" taught by taecher. Zhou Wei, and then we enjoyed the first-grade feature class "Interesting Sudoku" and communicated with the two teachers. .

      来不及午餐，大家又赶往上海复旦小学，聆听数学备课组长谢丁媛老师专题讲座《双向细目表的编制》，就利用双向细目表的有效评估进行了探讨。

      When it was too late for lunch, everyone rushed to Shanghai Fudan Primary School to attend the lecture on two way specification table by the leader of the mathematic team, MsXie Dingyuan, and discussed the effective evaluation of the two way specification table .  

      来回的奔波虽然不易，但为了不断地进步与发展，我们甘之如饴。

      Although it was not easy to travel back and forth, in order to improve and develop continuously ,we were willing to do so.
