赴上海跟岗学习（二） Study in Shanghai(Two)

      5月7日，气温骤降，我们的学习热情却依然高涨。一早，跟岗学习老师们便分成两组，前往上海复旦小学和上海绿苑小学，开始了一天的学习。

      On May 7th, the temperature dropped sharply, but our enthusiasm forlearning remained high. Early in the morning, our teachers were divided intotwo groups. They went to Shanghai Fudan Primary School and Shanghai GreenGarden Primary School to start a day's study.

      上午8:00,胡涛、江建平和郑爽三位教师来到上海绿苑小学，与学校王校长和庄主任磋商了本次跟岗学习行程。 

       At 8:00 a.m., three teachers, Hu Tao, JiangJianping and Zheng Shuang, came to Shanghai Luyuan Primary School to discussthe study trip with Principal Wang and Director Zhuang. 

      8:15,一行人在庄主任的带领下参观了学校的升旗仪式和广播体操。

      At 8:15, a group of people, ledby Director Zhuang, visited the flag-raising ceremony and radio gymnastics ofthe school.

      8:30——12:00，观摩学校“活力杯”语文青年教师赛课活动。

      From 8:30 to 12:00, they watched the activityof "Vigorous Cup" Chinese Young Teachers' Competition.

      13:00——13:40，观摩特色数趣课堂——有趣的七巧板。

      From 13:00-13:40,they watched the characteristic mathclass - interesting seven-piece puzzle. 

      14:00——16:00，参加学校数学教研，就高效课堂教学进行了热烈的探讨。

      From 14:00 to 16:00, they  participated in school mathematics teachingand research, and made a heated discussion on efficient classroom teaching.

      上午8:00——9：00，语文组艾小红、蔡曼参观了学生广播操和班级特色文化建设。）

      From 8:00  to 9:00,Ai Xiaohong and Caiman of the Chinese Group visited the students' broadcastingexercises and the cultural construction with class characteristics.

      9:00——10:00《小学语文单元教学设计指南》理论学习

      From 9:00 to 10:00 Theoretic Study of "Guidelinesfor the Design of Chinese Unit Teaching in Primary Schools".、

      10:00——10:35教学观摩，沪教版四年级下册课文《大苍老师》（图17）

      From 10:00 to 10:35 Teaching Observation, Teacher Dacang,the second volume of the fourth grade of Shanghai Educational Press.

      11:00——12:00在区教研员王老师的带领下，参与组内教研。

      From 11:00 to 12:00, under theleadership of teacher Wang, a District teacher and researcher, we participatedin teaching and research in the group.
