“做好常规工作，提升教学成果”数学大组教研 Teaching and Research of Maths Group

      时间飞逝，一转眼第一学月过去了，为了更有效的提升数学教学水平及教学质量，数学大组于3月26日进行了全组教研活动。

      Time flies and the first school month passes in a flash. In order to improve the teaching level and quality of mathematics more effectively, the mathematics group carried out a whole group of teaching and research activities on March 26. 

      会上，马校长首先对学校数学学科的重要性和以后的发展做出了分析与指导。马校长主要谈了数学学科在生活中的重要性和基础性，以及在教学中如何管理好时间，深入钻研教材并做好因材施教。

      At the meeting, President Ma first made an analysis and guidance on the importance of school mathematics and its future development. Principal Ma mainly talked about the importance and foundation of mathematics in life, and how to manage time well in teaching, study textbooks deeply and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

      随后，数学大组长对后期的教育教学提出了建议，并对后期的工作和安排做了详细说明。

      Subsequently, the head of mathematics group put forward suggestions for the later education and teaching, and made a detailed description of the later work and arrangement. 

      最后6年级老师共同分析了第一学月学习情况，对1-5年级的教育教学策略进行了交流，根据各年段的学情，注意查漏补缺，力求更好的提升教育教学质量。 

      Finally, the sixth grade teachers analyzed the learning situation of the first school month together, exchanged the teaching strategies of the first to fifth grade, and paid attention to leak detection and deficiency filling according to the learning conditions of each year in order to improve the quality of education and teaching.
