我校课题组开展新学期工作会议 The Task Force Held a Working Meeting

      为了实现教师的专业成长，提高教育教学质量，能让教师从教育教学中的小事，小现象，小问题入手，以小见大，逐一解决教育教学中遇到的问题，北街小学实验外国语学校全体教师，都参与了小课题研究活动，真正做到了人人有课题。2019年3月13日至2019年3月14日，各个课题小组分别召开了课题组会议。

      In order to achieve the growth of teachers, improve the quality of teaching, enable teachers to see the big from the small and solve the problemsen countered in education and teaching, all teachers in our school have participated in the research activities of this topic. From March 13, 2019 to March 14, 2019, each subject group held its own meeting. 

      13日中午，《互动反馈技术促进个性化学习的研究》课题组会议如期召开。吴主任对本学期开展的研究活动计划作了详细汇报，部署下一步的工作。马校长建议大家要不断进行反思——实践——反思，通过课题研究促进专业素养的发展提高。

      On March 13th the Research Group of Interactive Feedback Technology Promoting Individualized Learning convened a meeting. Director Wumade a report on the research activities planned for this semester and deployedthe next step. Principal Ma suggested that we should constantly reflect -Practice - reflection, and promote the development and improvement of professional literacy through subject research. 

      2019年3月13日下午，《开发小学生生涯启蒙教育校本课程的实践研究》课题组全体成员也召开了会议。吴主任亲临会场，认真聆听了组长新学期课题研究的目标和内容。吴主任对课题组成员提出了希望，希望每个人都能脚踏实地做教研，把工作做细、做实。

      On the afternoon of March 13, 2019, all members of the project group "Practical Research on Developing School-based Curriculum of Primary School Students' Career Enligh tenment Education" also held a meeting. Director Wu attended the meeting and listened carefully to the objectives and contents of the team leader's researchin the new semester. Director Wu expressed her hope to the members of the research group. She hoped that everyone could do teaching and Research on adown-to-earth basis and do their work carefully and realistically. 

      学校品格教育一直致力于研究如何将品格教育渗透到学科，进行课程化整合，同时将品格融入活动，将品格教育活动化。为进一步去伪存真，推广经验，整合资源，优势辐射，并引领师生、家长共同成长。3月14日下午，品格教育课题组的老师们在叶主任的带领下积极参与《寄宿制小学学生品格教育家校合育机制研究》的课题研究。

      School character education has been studying how toinfiltrate character education into disciplines, integrate curriculum, andintegrate character into activities. In order to further promote experience, integrate resources, and lead teachers, students and parents to grow together.On the afternoon of March 14, teachers of the character education task group, under the leadership of Director Ye, actively participated in the research onthe school-based education mechanism of boarding primary school students' character educators.
