我校教师继续教育获表彰Won the Advanced Unit of Continuing Education

      2019年3月14日上午，“都江堰市2019教育系统队伍建设工作会”在都江堰教育局举行，在大会上，副局长等相关领导对都江堰市2018年的教育工作进行了总结。我校也再次荣获了“继续教育工作先进单位”的称号。

      On March 14, 2019, the “Dujiangyan City 2019 Education System Team Construction Work Meeting” was held in the Dujiangyan Education Bureau. At the meeting, the deputy director and other relevant leaders summarized the education work in Dujiangyan City in 2018. Our school has won the title of “Advanced Unit for Continuing Education Work” once again.

      在2018年这一学年里，我校老师不忘初心，砥砺前行，积极并高效的完成了学校的队伍建设工作。在这一年里学校透过自主学习、同伴相助、专业引领三种形式对教师进行培训。对每种方式的培训，老师们都能认真对待。

      In the academic year of 2018, our school teachers did not forget their initial heart and walked forward. They actively and efficiently completed the team building work of the school. In this year, the school trains teachers through self-learning, peer-assisted, and professional leadership. Teachers can take care of each type of training.

      用心参加学校开展的校本培训，提高思想觉悟和业务素质，参加政治和业务学习。

      Teachers earnestly participate in school-based training conducted by the school to improve their ideological awareness and professional quality, and participate in political and business learning.

      教研、备课组活动成为常规机制。学校每周一次深入开展主题研修活动。

      Teaching, research and preparation activities have become a regular mechanism. The school conducts in-depth seminars on topics once a week.

      每学期开展一到两次师德教育或安全教育，提升教师师德修养及保护未成年人的能力。

      One or two ethics education or safety education is carried out every semester to improve the teacher's ability to cultivate and protect minors.

      向外拓展开视野，共同提高。利用学校经常性承办各类活动的有效契机，学校经常要求本校老师积极参与，主动听课学习。

      以德为首夯实教师内功。学校每月组织一次全体班主任的培训，全面树立以德为首，全员育人的理念。
