以研促教，携手共进 Promoting Teaching Through Research

      追逐着新的梦想，迎来了新的学期。为确保新学期教学、教研工作有序开展，落实精细化管理，使教研活动质量攀上一个新的台阶，2019年2月18日上午，我校召开了新学期第一次大课程组长和教研组长会议。校长马长俊带领相关教学行政出席了会议。

      In order to ensure the orderly development of teaching and research work in the new semester, implement meticulous management, and raise the quality of teaching and research activities to a new level, on the morning of February 28, 2019, our school held the first meeting of teaching and research leaders in the new semester. Principal Ma led the teaching administration to attend the meeting.

      首先，马校长对全体教研组长进行了培训，强调了教研组长应该树立规范意识，要有大格局；树立岗位意识，站位要高，眼界要宽；树立质量意识，要勇于担当，在工作中创造性发挥好管理、引领、共进的作用。

      First of all, principal Ma has trained all the teaching and research team leaders, emphasizing that they should have a sense of norms and a big pattern; a sense of position, a high position and a broad vision; a sense of quality, a sense of courage, and a creative role of management in their work.

      接着，课程中心吴鸿雁主任对本期将开展的目标叙写、全员阅读、课程评价等教研活动进行了具体部署，并对教学“八认真”等常规考核做了细致要求。叶体平主任从学科育德的角度对教研组工作整合做了详细指导。

      Then, director Wu Hongyan of the Curriculum Center made specific arrangements for the teaching and research activities, such as goal narration, full-time reading, curriculum evaluation, and made detailed requirements. Director Ye Tiping gave detailed guidance to the work integration of the research group from the perspective of discipline education ethics.

      最后，胡涛副校长将本期教学质量监控工作做细致说明，对教研工作提出具体要求。

      Finally, vice principal Hu Tao made a detailed description of the current teaching quality monitoring work and put forward specific requirements for the research work.

      此次会议的召开，使大家进一步明确了新学期我校教研工作重点，理清了工作思路，将促使我们的教研工作在规范中创新，为我校整体教育教学质量迈上新的台阶打下坚实的基础！
