2018-2019学年下期新学期教职工大会侧记 Working Conference of New Term

      芳林新叶催陈叶，流水前波让后波。17日我校新学期全体教职员工工作培训会在学术厅召开，会上校长室对本期工作进行了详细解读，做好开学前的各项准备工作。学生发展与指导中心开展了全员育德专题讲座，实现全员育人目标。

      On the 17th, the new semester working conference for all faculty and staff was held in the Academic Hall. At the meeting, Principal interpreted the work in detail and made preparations for the beginning of the school. The Student Development and Guidance Center gave a lecture on the whole staff's moral education to achieve the goal of the whole staff's moral education.

      下午学校工会、校长室对学校期末绩效考核方案及月绩效考核方案进行了解读，学术与名师中心对学校名师考核方案进行了说明，副校长室、学校教学质量监控中心回顾了上期学校质量监控中心工作，并对本期工作进行了具体安排，课程发展与指导中心对本期课程发展与指导中心工作计划进行了仔细解读，同时学校行政管理中心和后勤服务管理中心也对本期工作进行了详细安排，为学校新学期工作的顺利进行打下了坚实基础，同时也鼓舞了全体教职员工的工作热情。

      In the afternoon, the school labour union, interpreted the school's final and monthly performance appraisal plans.  The Academic and Famous Teachers Center explained the school's famous teacher appraisal plans. Vice-principal of the school's office and the school's quality control center, reviewed the work of the school's quality, and made specific arrangements for the work of this period, Curriculum Development and Guidance director has carefully interpreted the work plan of this semester. At the same time, the school logistics service management center has made detailed arrangements for this period of work, which lays a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the school's work in the new semester, and also inspires the enthusiasm of all teachers and staff.
