北街小学实验外国语学校期中学业分析会The mid -term comprehensive quality test

    为加强教学常规管理，找准目前存在的问题，改进教育教学方式和目标，11月12至16日，我校分年级分学科开展了“看数据，定措施，重执行”的期中质量分析会。

    In order to strengthen the regular teaching management, identify the existing problems, improve the education teaching method and objectives, from November 12 to 16, our school had the mid-term quality analysis meeting of "view statistics, institute measures, value implement" by grades and subjects.

    会前，全校各学科进行了期中学业质量测评，并对测评的项目和数据进行了详尽的分析。

    Before the meeting, we had a mid-term quality assessment of all subjects, and had detailed analyzsis about items and data.

    会上，年级分管行政对期中学业质量的总体情况进行分析，肯定了半学期来老师们付出的努力和成绩；同时对后半期的教学工作进行细致的指导，并提出了具体的要求；举行了2019届半期学业测评颁奖典礼。

    At the meeting, the grade administrations analysed the mid-term quality assessment of the overall situation, affirmed the teachers to pay efforts and results.They instructed work and put forward specific requirements. The mid- term quality award ceremony for 2019 graduates was held.

    会后，教研组组长组织组员进行二次教研，研究改进策略，制定发展计划。力争在期末甚至以后的教学中有新发展、新突破，最终促进我校的教学质量的长效提升。

    After the meeting, the research group leader organized the members to conduct the second teaching research, studied the improvement strategy and formulate the development plan. Strove to have new development and breakthrough in teaching at the end of the semester and even after.The purpose is to promote the long-term improvement of the teaching quality of our school.
