北小实外开展2018“教学节”总结大会 Teaching Festival Summary Activity

        2018-2019学年度，是我校教育教学质量提升的第二年。为了正确把握基础教育的方向，进一步培育学生核心素养，同时更好地促进我校教师的专业成长，我校从十月开始，进行了为期一个月的教学节活动，旨在培养青年教师课堂教学能力。11月23日，进行了2018“教学节”总结活动。

    The academic year of 2018-2019 is the second year o feducation teaching quality improvement in our school. In order to grasp thedirection of basic education, cultivate students' core literacy, and promotethe professional growth of teachers in our school, our school started aone-month teaching festival activity in October, aiming at cultivating youngteachers' classroom teaching ability. On November 23, 2018 "Teaching Festival" summary activity was held.

    首先，由国家督学，北京开放大学校长，北京师范大学褚宏启教授为与会老师做了关于中国学生核心素养的报告，褚教授提出，我们要长期着眼于学生的核心素养，重视学生的创新能力。褚教授为我们进行了深入浅出的讲授，既有理论高度，也有很强的现实针对性和指导性，让每位老师在听完后都受益匪浅。

    First of all, Chu Hongqi, president of Beijing Open University and professor of Beijing Normal University, made a report on the core qualities of Chinese students for the teachers attending the conference. Mr. Chu proposed that we should focus on the core qualities of students for a long time and attach importance to the innovation ability of students. Every teacher benefited a lot after listening to it.

    下午，来自都江堰中小学教研室的何思阳老师，为我们带来了关于教育科研论文撰写的专题讲座，本次讲座由都江堰市马长俊名师工作室主办，旨在促进老师们以更加规范的行文、更加精准的视角参与到教育科研论文的撰写中来。

    In the afternoon, Mr. He Siyang from the Teaching and Research Office of Dujiangyan  brought us a special lecture on education research writing.This lecture is sponsored by Dujiangyan Ma Changjun famous teacher studio.

    接着，马校长对我校半期以来的工作做了深刻点评，并在多个方面做了具体指导，从而促进全体教师更好地落实我校“尽责至善，和谐向美”的办学理念。

    Then, principal Ma made a profound comment on the work of our school in the past half period and gave specific guidance in many aspects.

    最后，我校名师工作室主任李坤老师对我校教学节的重头戏——青年教师赛课活动进行了总结，并对青年教师们提出了新的期望，学校对参与赛课活动的教师及其指导教师颁奖。

    Finally, Li Kun, director of the famous teacher work office of our school, summarized the important part of our school's teaching festival -- the competition activity of young teachers, and put forward new expectations for young teachers. 

    本次“教学节”活动让老师们能够在现场领略教育专家的风采，促进青年教师教学力的提升，得到成都市盐道街教育集团、成都市锦官驿小学的支持，我们相信，北小实外明天更精彩。

    This "Teaching Festival" activity enables teachers to appreciate the style of education experts on the spot, promote the improvement of young teachers' teaching ability.We believe that our school's tomorrow will be more wonderful.
