综合组青年教师赛课活动 Comprehensive Subject Teacher Competition

    为加强我校青年教师队伍建设，提高综合学科青年教师教育教学水平，我校“基于课程标准的教学与评价”综合学科青年教师赛课活动在11月20日圆满结束。本次活动中，综合学科组全体老师积极参与听评课，校聘名师和综合学科教研组长担任了此次赛课活动的评委。

    In order to strengthen the construction ofyoung teachers in our school, improve the teaching level of young teachers incomprehensive disciplines.The "Teaching and Evaluation Based on Course Standards" Competition for Young Teachers of Comprehensive Disciplines inour school was successfully concluded on November 20.In this activity, all theteachers of the comprehensive subject group actively participated in theevaluation of the course, and the famous teachers and the head of the teachingand research group of the comprehensive subject were appointed as the judges ofthe contest.

    在此次赛课活动中，九位教师积极备课、精心准备、反复请教有经验地教师进行说课和试上课；再进行多次磨课和最终亮相；课堂上每位老师都展示了自己良好的学科素养；教学过程层次分明、环节紧扣、各具教学特色；将四十分钟的课堂展示得有声有色；充分体现了组内教师共同参与磨课、评课的过程和学校青蓝工程中传、帮、带的示范作用。

    In this contest, nine teachers activelyprepared lessons, carefully prepared and repeatedly consulted experienced teachers. Every teacher shows his good academic accomplishment in class.Their teaching process is hierarchical, links and teaching characteristics.

    本次赛课，是对我校青年教师学习新课程、运用新课程、实践新课程的一次大检阅，充分展示了我校青年教师勤于学习、乐于创新、勇于实践的精神。

    This course is a great review of our youngteachers' learning, applying and practicing new courses. It fully demonstratesthe spirit of our young teachers' diligence in learning, innovation andpractice.
