北小实外“阳光问责问廉”会 The meeting of “sunshine accountablity & incorrup”

       为进一步密切联系群众和教师，切实推动解决合理诉求和实际问题落实、落细，扎实推动不作为及“懒散拖”问题专项整治工作，不断提升党风廉政建设社会评价满意度，我校支部召集校行政班子，邀请教师代表召开“阳光问责问廉”主题会。

       For keeping in close contact with the masses and the teacher ,to enhance the special rectification work on solving the problem of reasonable needs ,practical problem-soving, ommission,idolence,delay, to improve social evaluation satisfaction of the construction about the Party’s working style and honest administration.Our Party branch called school administration,invited the representative of the teaching staff to have a meetying of “sunshine accountablity and incorrupt”

       会中教师代表畅所欲言，零距离交流我校工作中的情况。我校支部切实收集教师建议，形成我校建议意见台账，解决教师关心关切的热点难点问题，切实解决反应的诉求和问题，助力提升我校教职员工的获得感、幸福感、安全感。

       During the meeting, the teachers spoke their mind freely and communicated with each other about the work of our school. Our party branch  collected teachers' suggestions practically,to form a suggestion notebook, to solve the hotpot and difficult issues that teachers care about and concern, to solve the demands and problems of responses practically, and improve the achievement ，happiness and security of our teachers and all the staff .
