数学青年教师赛课 Mathematics Youth Teachers' Teaching Competition

       金秋10月，我校“基于标准的教学与评价”青年教师赛课活动如火如荼地进行，继英语组，语文组的精彩展示后，26日，数学组青年教师赛课也在学术厅拉开帷幕。

       In October, theyouth teacher competition in our school is going on, and the mathematics groupyouth teacher competition class is also started in the academic hall.

       此次活动开展之前，青年教师们争先恐后积极报名参加。赛课前，参赛教师们认真备课，并且向经验丰富的老教师们请教，反复磨课，精心准备目的在于把最精彩的展现出来。

       At the event,young teachers actively signed up for the event. The participating teachers carefully prepared lessons and consulted experienced teachers to prepare the mcarefully and hoped to show them the best.

       在课堂上，每个参赛老师利用短短的40分钟充分展示不同年段的年龄学生受教育过程中采用的教学手段与教学特色，形成了一幕幕精彩的课堂。

       In the classroom, each participating teacher used a short 40 minutes to fully display,forming a wonderful classroom.

姚礼老师执教五年级２班《分数的再认识》

       此次活动加强了我校青年教师的团队建设，更是体现了我校教师之间较强的凝聚力，并且提高了教师教育水平。

       The activity strengthened the team building of young teachers in ourschool, which also reflected the strong cohesiveness among our teachers and improved the education level of teachers.
