语文青年教师赛课Chinese Youth Teachers' Teaching Competition

       为加强我校青年教师队伍建设，提高语文青年教师教育教学水平，我校于10月16——17日开展了语文组青年教师赛课活动。我校语文组各位校聘名师担任此次活动的评委。

       From October 16th to 17, our school launched a competition for young teachers in the language group. In order to strengthen the construction of young teachers in our school, we should improve the teaching and teaching level of young teachers.The famous teachers of Chinese in our school served as the judges of the event.

       赛前，参赛老师做了精心的准备，他们向经验丰富的老教师虚心请教、认真备课、磨课;我们的老教师在各种纷繁的工作中抽时间指导参赛教师磨课，为了帮助老师们展示最精彩的自我，年级组，学科组充分发挥了"众人拾柴火焰高"的精神。课堂上，每个参赛老师讲课条理清晰，课件新颖生动，内容各具特色，在40分钟时间内，充分展示了他们的教学风采和教学特点。

       Before the competition, the participating teachers made meticulous preparations. They consulted the experienced old teachers modestly, prepared lessons carefully, and grinded lessons. Our old teachers took time to guide the participating teachers to grind lessons in a variety of complicated tasks. In order to help the teachers show their best selves, the grade group gave full play to the "people gathering firewood." The spirit of high flame. In class, each contestant teacher gives a clear lecture, the courseware is novel and vivid, and the content has its own characteristics. In 40 minutes, they fully demonstrate their teaching style and teaching characteristics.

       回顾本次赛课活动，备课、上课、评课、反思，经过一个个环节的打磨，每个参赛教师都受益匪浅，对教学也有了自己的思考。

       Reviewing this activity, preparing lessons, attending classes, evaluating lessons and reflecting on them, after polishing each link, each participating teacher has benefited greatly, and has his own thinking on teaching.  

        “学无止境“，在金秋这样丰收的季节里，她们也果实累累。我们有理由相信，在本次赛课活动的推动下，每一位青年教师的专业化成长道路会越走越宽，北街小学实验外国语学校的明天也会越来越好!

       In the golden harvest season, they also have a lot of fruits. We believe that under the impetus of this competition, every young teacher's growth path will be wider and wider, and our school will be better and better tomorrow.
