北小实外暑期教师培训（2） Summer Vacation Teaching Training (2)

    今天是我校教师暑期培训的第二天，北小实外校园里弥漫着浓浓的学习气氛，各学科组进行了整整一天的分组学习。

    It was the second day of teachers’ summer vacation training activity in our school. Teachers conducted whole day learning in each group, and the learning atmosphere is great.

    【语文篇】Chinese Subject

    为帮助新一届的语文教师尽快熟悉和使用教材，都江堰市教研室在我校举行了部编本小学语文一年级上册教材培训会。全市两百余名即将任教一年级的老师参加培训，其中，我校一至六年级全体35名语文教师参加了此次活动，为2019年教材更换做全面准备。

    In order to help the Chinese teachers understanding and using the ‘Primary school language textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education’, Dujiangyan Teaching and Research Office held the first grade  textbook training seminar in our school. More than 200 teachers in the city participated in the training.Among them, 35 Chinese teachers from Grade One to Grade Six of our school participated in the activity to make full preparations for the replacement of teaching materials in 2019.

    全体教师观看了教育部党组成员、副部长朱之文关于《统一思想，抓细抓实，确保义务教育统编三科教材顺利使用》的讲话视频。

    All the teachers watched the video of Zhu Zhiwen's speech.

小学语文教研员宋桂芳老师对新教材的编写理念及主要特点跟老师们进行了交流。

    【数学篇】Math Subject

    上午，数学组一起学习了《学校的规章制度》和《课程发展与指导中心工作计划》。下午，各教研组制定工作计划和二次复备课。

    In the morning, the math group learned the rules and regulations and the work plan of the school together. In the afternoon, they worked out teaching plans and prepared lessons again.

    【英语篇】English Subject

    英语组在学科大组长的组织下，一同学习《学校的制度汇编和办事流程》，并分年级组制定完善教育教学计划和开学第一周备课。

    The English group learned the rules and regulations and the work plan of the school under the organization of the head of the discipline group. And divided into grade groups to improve the plan and prepare lessons for the first week.

    【综合学科篇】Integrated Subjects

    综合学科组教研组长分学科对上期工作做总结，并对本学期各教研组工作计划做了安排。

    The head of the teaching and research group of the integrated subjects group made a summary of the previous work and arranged the work plans of the teaching and research groups in this semester.

    各教研组带着自己的教育情怀和高度的责任感，全心全意为新学期备战。

    Each teaching and research group is preparing for the new term with its own educational feelings and high sense of responsibility.
