我校荣获继续教育先进单位We Have Won The Advanced Unit of Continuing Educatio

    2018年3月23日上午，“都江堰市教育系统队伍建设提升年工作大会”在都江堰教育局举行，在大会上，副局长等相关领导对都江堰市2017年的教育工作进行了总结。我校也荣获了“2017年继续教育工作先进单位”的称号。

    On March 23, 2018, the "Dujiangyan City Education System Team Building and Upgrading Annual Work Conference" was held in Dujiangyan Education Bureau. The deputy director and other relevant leaders summarized the education work in 2017。Our school also won the title of "continue education work advanced unit in 2017".

    在2017年这一学年里，我校在教师队伍建设方面一直不断努力和创新。主要以八个方面加强师资建设。

    一.“说明书式”岗位培训  "Manual" job training.

每学期开学，我校都将举行教职工岗位培训大会。明确这一学期的工作目标及计划。At the beginning of each       semester, our school will hold a staff training conference. Define our goals and plans for the semester.

    二.“菜单式”成长性培训"Menu" growth training

    骨干教师开展讲座，分享教学成果，提升教学质量。

    Key teachers conduct lectures, share teaching results, and improve teaching quality.

    三．“个性”校本培训"Personality" school-based training

    每周我校将进行组内教研活动，提升整体教师教学机制。

    Each week, our school will carry out teaching and research activities in the group to improve the overall teaching mechanism of teachers.

    四．“开放式”外出学习培训"Open type" Learning Training

    在上一学期，我校教师各学科共参加外出培训学习八十多次，本学期除继续参加成都周边培训学习，还计划4月份外派英语，数学，信息技术部分老师到西安，上海合作学校进行为期一周的跟岗学习。提升优秀教师品质。

    Last semester, the teachers of our school participated in the training and study more than 80 times. In April, we also plan to send English, mathematics, and information technology to Xi'an and Shanghai cooperation school for one week's study.

    五.“沙龙式”培训Salon training

    我校每学期教师将不定期举行沙龙式交流学习，碰撞思维，相互提升。

    六.“青蓝工程”培训Blue Project Training

    学校每进一批新老师，就要以师徒结对为培养形式。提高青年老师自身素质。

    七.”历练式“培训Experienced training

学校创造多平台给青年教师历练，促进青年教师的发展。

    八.“课题”引领"Subject" leads the way

    我校在上学期开展了多次课题研究活动，还邀请了不同学科带头人到我校开展讲座。
