我校教师参加学校体育工作会 We attended the school sports meeting

    3月23日，2018年学校体育工作会在都江堰外国语实验学校举行，我校邓兰老师代表我校参加。本次会议由市中小学体育教研室赵军老师主持。以贯彻落实“健康中国2030规划纲要”精神、推动全民健康、培养学生核心素养为背景和目标展开会议议程。

    In March 23rd, the school sports work  held in our school.Denglan in our school was  on behalf of our school.This meeting was chaired by Zhao Jun, a teacher in the school of physical education and research in primary and middle schools.In order to carry out the spirit of "the 2030 program for healthy China", promote the health of the whole people and cultivate the core literacy of the students, the conference agenda is carried out.

    会议中赵军老师着重强调了以下几点：

    In the meeting, Mr. Zhao Jun emphasized the following points:

    1. 提出《中国儿童青少年身体活动指南》中的几大要素；推荐以60分钟的中高强度身体活动为儿童青少年每日的必备行为，并应限制在2小时内的屏幕时间，并减少持续久坐行为。

    Recommends that 60 minutes of high and medium intensity physical activity should be the daily necessary behavior of children and adolescents, and it should be limited to 2 hours of screen time and reduce sedentary behavior.

    2.提出学月活动安排并督促老师们积极参加成都市体育教师技能大赛、积极参与“一师一优课”的晒课活动及市级评选。

    The proposed arrangements for the school activities and urge teachers to actively participate in the Chengdu city sports teachers skills competition, actively participate in "a teacher a lesson" in class activities and level selection.

    3.最后对各学校体育教研组的建设及体育档案管理和要求提出了新的希望。

我校作为优质民办学校一定积极响应会议精神、夯实学校体育各项工作、落实学年体育发展目标，力争将学校体育工作走出校本特色、走上新的台阶!
