不忘初心，砥砺前行(Don’t Forget Why We Started and Move Forward Bravely)

    2018年3月1日，延续着春节团聚的喜悦，沐浴着温暖的春风，北小实外的全体行政及教职工200多人，齐聚学术厅，隆重召开新学期第一次全体教职工培训大会。

    On March 3, 2018,the total of more than 200 members of the administrative and educational staff of Beijie Experimental Foreign Language School had the first training conference together in the academic hall.

    在第一阶段的全体会议上，校长马长俊向会议做《不忘初心，砥砺前行，打造北小实外教育品牌》的主题报告。马校长在报告中，首先带领全体教职工重温《北小实外教师宣言》，强调“尽责至善，和谐向美”学校文化， “发展多元智能，实现差异成功，共享成长幸福”的办学目标，实现“学生喜欢，教师幸福，家长满意，同行称赞，社会认可，政府信任”的办学愿景。接着，他从“安全、卫生保健、课程建设与质量、教职工发展、学生发展、校园升级、家校和谐、团队合拍”等八个方面，对新学期工作做了全面细致的部署和高屋建瓴的指导。

    In the first stage of theplenary session, Principal Ma Changjun gave us the report  “ Don’t forget why we started and move forward bravely---- Building the education brand of Beijie Experimental Foreign Language School”. In his report, Principal Ma first led the faculty to revisit theteacher's declaration, emphasizing the school culture of "the best and thebest, the harmonious to the United States",“Developing multi intelligence, achievethe success of difference, sharing the happiness of growing up". Toachieve the vision of running a school which is "students like, teacher ishappy, parents are satisfied, peer praise, social recognition, the government trust". Then, he done a comprehensive and detailed deployment guidance andsweep down irresistibly from a commanding height in eight aspects which are "safety,health, quality, curriculum construction and teaching staff development,student development, campus promotion, harmony between home and school.

    会议第二阶段，首先由副校长胡涛向全体教师做《加强教学监控，确保教育质量》专题培训，详细安排了本期教学质量监控中心工作；然后工会主席陈斌兵就本期的教学考核指标变革向老师们做了讲解；最后，课程发展与指导中心主任吴鸿雁以《落实基于标准的教学评价，促教学质量稳步提升》为题，就新学期教学工作计划与教学质量管理手册的实施做详尽说明。

    Thesecond part of the meeting, Vice president Hu Tao do the training named"to strengthen the teaching supervision, to ensure the quality ofeducation" to all the teachers. Then detailed  arrangements for teaching work. After that, theunion president Chen Binbing on the teaching evaluation index change of thisperiod to the teachers introduced. Finally, the curriculum development andguidance center director Wu Hongyan in order to implement the "teaching evaluation based on the standard, promote the steady improvement in the qualityof teaching" as the topic, on the implementation of the new semester teaching plan and teaching quality management manual for details.

    下午1:30，整个培训工作紧锣密鼓，继续进行。首先在二楼会议室，召开了全体教学行政、课程组长及教研组长会议，马校长亲自对组长们进行岗位职责培训，课程中心对新学期课程评价手册的使用、作业布置与发布要求做培训；然后分管行政与课程大组长召开了大组会议，部署新学期工作；接着由学生发展与指导中心主任叶体平对全体年级组长、班主任和下班主任进行《质量提升沉下才是》育德培训；最后学术与名师中心主任李坤召开了校聘名师会议。

    At1:30 in the afternoon, the whole training work went on and on. In the second floor conference room, held all the teaching administration, curriculum and teachingand research group leader meeting, President Ma personally respon sibilities training of group leaders, curriculum center, manual evaluation of the newsemester course assignments and training requirements issued. Then in charge of administration and course leader held a group meeting. The deployment of thenew semester. Followed by the director of student development guidance centerand Ye Tiping of all senior leader do the training "to improve the qualityof moral education is under" to teachers. At last, Mr Li held the school teachers employed meeting.

    Afull day of training, full of spirit: "eight seriously" and"process evaluation" and "quality year" these wordscontinue in our thoughts. We know that all words are centered around a center-- "the growth of children in our school", so we also believe thatchildren are creating our future. Our school will unite, temper endeavour, letthe children become our best teachers professional development courses,creating the most beautiful way to the new chapter of education!
