北外学子接受“公民反恐”(We received Education of "Citizens Anti-terrorism")

    为保证学校教育教学秩序顺利进行，有效预防、及时控制和消除重大突发恐怖暴力事件的危害，保障师生身体健康与生命安全，全面提高应对恐怖和暴力的能力，12月28日上午，都江堰市公安局幸福镇派出所党员志愿服务队的同志们来到我校，为我校师生普及“公民反恐”常识。 

    Inorder to make sure that  the  progress of school education and teaching cango on well, prevent the hazard, control dangerous  factors in time,and eliminate major terroristviolence incidents.,ensure the health and safety of teachers and students,improve the ability to respond to terrorist violence.In the morning of December28th,Party volunteer service team comrades from Dujiangyan  Xingfu town local Police Station came to our school to popularize common senseagainst  "citizens terrorism".

    活动现场，党员服务队的同志们为师生依次讲解了“如何识别恐怖袭击嫌疑人”、“发现可疑人怎么办？”“遇见刀斧砍杀恐怖袭击怎么办？”等反恐常识。并向师生们发放了宣传单。我校师生对于发放的宣传单进行了认真学习，并与党员志愿服务队的叔叔阿姨们展开了讨论，学习了很多生活中危险事件的躲避方法与处理方法。

    At the scene of the activity, thecomrades of the party members' service team explained to the teachers andstudents "how to identify the suspects of terrorist attacks" and"how to find out the suspect?"  How to deal with ax stabbed terrorist attacks?" and so on.Then,they sent out the leaflets to the teachers and students.And we havestudied carefully about the  leaflets anddiscussed with them.We learned a lot of evasion methods and handling methods ofdangerous events in life.

    党员服务队的叔叔阿姨特别针对小学生，重点讲解了在学校、宾馆、饭店、商场、集贸市场等人员密集场所踩踏事件的预防、躲避及自救办法。幼儿在遇见纵火恐怖袭击事件时，不可盲目逃跑，一定要紧跟大人，在有烟雾处，也切记不要大声盲目呼救，或者大声哭闹，避免吸入毒气而增加伤害。也不要随意奔跑，不仅容易引火烧身，还会引发新的燃烧点，造成火势蔓延。在遇见危险情况时，也要先保证自身安全，再对他人进行救助。

    The aunt anduncle of the party volunteer service team focused on prevention, avoidance andself rescue methods of stampede events in schools, hotels, restaurants,shopping malls, and market places.When children meet with arson terroristattacks, they mustn’t run away blindly. They must follow closely with adults.In the smoky area, remember not to shout for help or to cry loudly, so as toavoid inhaling poisonous gases and increase injuries. And don't run, It’s notonly easy to open, but also lead to a new combustion, resulting in the spreadof fire. When you meet the dangerous situation, you must guarantee your ownsafety and then help others.

    对于中小学生来说，普及反恐防暴知识是非常有必要的，本校也分非常支持这样的活动，在学校学习了宣传单后，还请学生将宣传单带回家中，与家长共同学习，让家长们也有机会学习反恐常识，在突发暴力事件时也能做到冷静、正确处理，将暴力事件的伤害减少到最低。

    For primary and middle school students, it’snecessary to popularize the  knowledge ofAnti-riot and anti terrorism. Our school supported such activity.After theteachers and students learned the leaflets ,students were asked to take themhome,and learned with their parents together ,which gave parents a chance tolearn common sense of anti-riot and anti terrorism . When the violence happened,they  can deal with  emergencies calmly, the  damage of violence will be reduced to aminimum.
