暨综合学科新教师汇报课展示

Report class for new teachers in a comprehensive discipline

    为进一步提高我校新教师的专业素养和教学能力,夯实教师驾驭课堂的基本功,12月26日上午,我校音乐组李青平老师、体育组王元杰老师分别进行了新入职教师汇报课展示。

    In order to further improve the professionalism and teaching ability of new teachers in our school, we should consolidate the basic skills of teachers in class management. In the morning of December 26th, Ms. Li Qingping, the music group of our school, and Mr Wang Yuanjie of the sports group carried out the presentation of a new report for the new entry teacher.

    随着一支欢快、动感的舞蹈,由李青平老师带来的音乐汇报课拉开了帷幕,在这堂课上李老师通过舞蹈、听音乐等形式逐步的引出了本堂课的主题《我是个小小音乐家》,本堂课李老师教学形式多样,通过听音乐来拓展学生们的课外知识,认识和了解各种乐器及其所流行的国家,在课堂上李老师不仅仅锻炼同学们的唱歌能力,还利用不同的打击乐器来敲打出音乐的节奏,锻炼同学的动手能力,并且让同学们发挥想象围绕本课的主题编写属于自己的歌曲,学生在轻松愉快的环境下学习了本首歌曲。

    With a cheerful and dynamic dance, the music report class brought by Ms. Li Qingping has opened the curtain. In this class, Ms. Li gradually drew out the subject of this class, "I am a little musician" by dancing, listening to music and so on. In class, Ms. Li not only exercises the ability of the students to sing, but also lets the students write their own songs about the subject of this class.





    第二个进行汇报课展示的是体育组王元杰老师,王老师带领着运动健将们围绕着运动场进行着准备活动。课上,王老师分小组,以夺宝的形式让同学通过领取任务卡片,去完成分布在运动场周围的各项任务,并回到起点获得集体加分,最后评选出用时最短、完成质量最好的小组。本次课王老师设计理念大胆、敢于创新,按照新课标的要求充分发挥学生的主体性,精讲多练让同学们在完成任务的同时发展学生的耐久跑、快速奔跑、团队协作的能力,让学生在玩中学、学中练。

    The second report to show is Mr Wang Yuanjie, Wang led sports athletes around the stadium to carry out preparatory activities. Mr Wang points to students to complete the various tasks, and returned to the starting point for the collective plus points, the best selection of the team.


    两堂汇报课结束后,我校综合学科老师及向主任首先对两位老师做的好的部分给予了一定的肯定,但通过这两堂课也发现了两位新教师存在的部分问题,两位老师对于课堂的驾驭能力还需要加强。在课的讨论环节中老教师为新教师提出了许多宝贵的建议,定会为两位新老师在以后的教学路上提供一定的帮助。

    After the two classes, our comprehensive subject teachers and the director made a certain affirmation to the good part. Through these two lessons, some problems existing in the two new teachers were also found. The two teachers also needed to strengthen their ability to control the classroom. The old teacher has put forward many valuable suggestions for the new teacher and will surely provide some help to the two new teachers on their future teaching.
