High Quality Teaching Activity Show

11月21日，我校综合学科利用大组教研时间，在学校会议室进行了优质课展评活动。

On November, 21st, the high-quality course of the comprehensive subject group in our school held in the academic hall.

本次优质课指教老师为王克兵，所上课程为《小足球的正脚背运球》。本次课在音乐的伴随下王老师带领学生开始了动感激情的热身活动和专项动作练习，接下来王老师采用由简到难，层层递进的方式，带着学生们完成了这堂生动有趣的足球课，在课堂上王老师动作到位，语言精炼，热情饱满，课中学生积极主动参加各种练习，学习热情高涨，通过本次课的学习学生的基本了解了小足球正脚背运球的动作，通过合作学习，学生的综合素质和合作学习能力得到了有效培养，学到了知识，学生的身心健康得到了锻炼。

Wang Kebing showed the class “Dribbling Football with Instep”.  First, Mr. Wang led the students follow music and do dynamic and passionate warm-up activities and special action exercises. Then he took the students to complete the lively and interesting football lesson from simple to difficult. Mr. Wang’s movements were precise and language was refined. So the students were full of passion and participated in various exercises actively. After this lesson, students learned how to dribble football with instep and their comprehensive quality and cooperative learning ability have been effectively cultivated.

课后，综合学科组的全体教师积极踊跃地参与到评课环节，组内教师认为，课堂上的教学内容都达到了体育学科所三维目标，不管是学生的心理和生理都得到了锻炼并达到了目标，课堂上的氛围也非常好，学生参与度很高，兴趣非常浓厚，评课中老师们也提出，在音乐的选择上也应该根据动作的节拍进行配合等宝贵的意见。

After class, every teacher gave advices and comments on this class. They thought that this class’s content conformed to the three-dimensional goal of PE teaching. The students learned not only knowledge, but also physical and mental exercise. There was a good atmosphere in class. All the students learned with active participation. They also pointed out we should choose a right music based on the rhythm of the movement.
