教学质量是一所学校的生命线,是立校之本,兴校之魂,为总结上半学期工作得失,调整下半学期的工作重心,根据学校工作计划和课程中心要求,我校于11月22日中午在二楼会议室召开了由全体学科大组长和教研组长参加的半期过程性检测质量分析会。会议由课程指导与发展中心主任吴鸿雁主持,马校长到会作指导。
Teaching quality is the lifeline of a school, is the foundation of the school, is the the soul of a school,in order to sum up half of the semester . On November 22nd ,our school’s conference room held the meeting.The meeting was presided over by Wu Hongyan, director of the curriculum guidance and development center. President Ma attended the meeting as a guide.
首先,吴主任从四个方面向大家通报了本次半期检测情况:
First, director Wu inform the detection of this half period:
一、本次试卷命题后专家审核试题的情况反馈与修正效果,语数外三科都既有专家的肯定,也有学科共性问题的建议.
The experts gave each of the papers a positive and some advice.
二、对本次低年级监考中呈现的差异而进行的调研情况说明,以及今后的改进措施;
The investigation and explanation of the difference in the low grade invigilator, as well as the improvement measures in the future;
三、对交换批改试卷中反馈的教师评价标准把握问题的改进措施,特别强调,关于评分标准,命题者、考试年级、阅卷教师各一份,三份合一,务必把握出题意图,把准考查标准,让阅卷也为训练导向;

四、通报了各年级考试成绩,分析了试卷中反馈的问题,对本次检测中表现相对薄弱班级与班级后进生的情况做了具体梳理。

针对存在的问题,课程中心进行的教师工作抽查情况,提出合理的改进措施,并对下半期的教学工作做了具体的部署。 1、静心反思不留于形式;2、培优辅差落到实处,建立学生档案;3、课堂设计驻足实效:教学六认真不能留于形式;4、新授与复习巩固同步进行;5、教研组同步
In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward reasonable improvement measures, and makes specific arrangements for the teaching work in the next half of the course.

接下来,聆听了组长们对教学管理的意见和建议,提出教学中的困惑;

最后,马校长就学科教研组长的角色定位与行动策略做了具体指导,他要求全体组长要做好角色思维、意识定位、策略作为,在年级组教学教研中挑起重担,为实现学校教学质量的全面做出自己的贡献。
Finally, principal Ma gave them advise .He asked the leader as well the role positioning and strategy thinking, consciousness, the burden in the grade group in teaching and research, in order to realize the school teaching quality comprehensively to make their own contribution.

通过本次教研组长会议及半期质量分析活动,我们相信,各教研组在后期工作中,必能注意总结反思,带领本学科组老师,提高本学科组的教育教学水平,在追求优质高效的路上共绘精彩!
