徐渡小学刘欣老师到我校四年级语文组跟岗学习 Following and Learning in Teachers’ Post

    11月8日下午，徐渡小学刘欣老师到我校四年级语文组跟岗学习。

    In the afternoon of November 8th, Liu Xin from Xudu Primary School went to the 4^th Grade of Chinese apartment to follow the post to learn.

    首先，她在四年级四班上了一堂语文课——《瑞雪图》。北小实外四年级、二年级、六年级语文组老师听了刘欣老师这堂课。所有老师认真听课，做好笔记，每个环节、每句话，老师们认真思考、分析。好的地方做上记号，不足处勾画出并在旁写上自己的建议。整堂课不仅是听课，每位老师也在听中学习、反思。

    She had a Chinese lesson Rui Xu Tu in class four, grade four. The Chinese teacher from grade4, grade 2 and grade 6 listened to this class earnestly. Every teacher made a careful analysis and thought on every link and every sentence. They also learn from this class teaching and reflect on their own.

    刘欣老师上完课后，与语文组老师共同就这堂课进行了说课、评课。语文组老师提出了这堂课的优点和不足之处，说出自己对这堂课的教学思路，重难点如何处理。老师们相互讨论，思想上产生不少火花。

    After class, Liu Xin and the Chinese teachers gave an explanation and discussion to this class. Advantages and disadvantages are valuable to be used for reference.

    通过此次活动，不仅让每位老师有了更多学习的机会，也在交流结对的活动中增进了友谊。

    Through this activity, not only the teachers have more opportunities to learn, but also enhance the friendship.
