城关区片赛课我校教师顺利晋级(Teachers Promotedin English Teaching Competition)

2017年11月3，4日，为期两天都江堰市小学英语城关区片“以赛代培、以赛促研”活动分别在友爱和奎光学校举行。来自市教研室罗老师和都江堰市城关区片10所小学的一线英语教师们共同参与了此次活动，本次活动是针对目前小学英语人教版教材的集中教研，以赛课为表现形式。

Twodays research activities from Chengguan District primary school in Dujiangyan city ,called“competition training and competition to promote”,hold in Youai and kuiguang primary school on November 3^rd and 4^th in 2017.Miss Luo and teachers from ten different primary schools participated in the activities . This activity is aimed at the current primary school English teaching materials, teaching and research concentrated.

来自北街小学实验外国语学校的周丽和何瑶两位英语教师，通过前期备课，说课，试上，以及不断修改，到参加比赛，她们的课堂生动有趣，活动丰富多彩，学生课堂积极性很高，充分调动了孩子课堂的主观能动性，这些都获得评委们的一致好评，最后顺利从13名参赛教师中晋级。

Zhou li and He Yao two English teachers from our school, preparing lessons, speaking lesson, having lessons and constantly modify, to participate in the competition, their classes are livelyand interesting,colorful activities,Students have high enthusiasm inclass,fully mobilize the children's subjective initiative in class，which has won the unanimous praise of thejudges.In the end, they were promoted from 13 participating teachers.

此次赛课活动，让每一位参加的英语老师都受益匪浅。通过赛课，给大家展示了不同课型的教学思路，同一内容的不同解读方式，提升了大家的教学能力和水平。也为大家对教材的解读提供了更具体的研究方向，让目标更加明确，学情分析更加到位。为今后的教研提供了宝贵的资源。最大限度的达成“以赛代培、以赛促研”的目的。

The courseactivities, let every English teacher to have benefited.Through the class,toshow the teaching ideas of different course types,different interpretations ofthe same content,Improve the teaching ability and level of us.It also providesa more specific research direction for the interpretation of teaching  materials,and make our goals clearer,Learning situation analysis more inplace.It provides valuable resources for teaching and research in thefuture.
