    为实现学校教育与家庭教育的有效结合，形成教育管理合力，促进学生健康成长。10月20日下午，我校请到了中国教育学会会员、中国青少年研究中心特约研究员邓学良老师为我校一年级家长作《去伪存真 夯实成长平台》为主题的家长培训会。

    In the afternoon of October 20, Mr Deng Xueliang Who is the member of Chinese Society of Education,and the special researcher China Youth Research Center gave the parents from Grade 1 a training session.

    培训会上，邓老师以七个至今让人历历在目、触目惊心的案例和北京大学副教授徐凯文做的一个让人震惊的统计数据引入课题。

    First,Mr Deng used the 7 until today , shocking case and the data from Xu Kaiwen from Peking University to make the session start.

    接着，邓老师指出我们家庭教育出现的问题。他认为：家庭教育的问题有一个很可怕的现象——全民富二代，富人家的孩子当富二代养，穷人家的孩子也当富二代养，父母不顾家庭资源禀赋差异，倾尽所有，让孩子衣来伸手、饭来张口，忽视甚至放弃对学生品德、体育、美育的教育。

    Second, Mr Deng pointed out  the problems of our family education. He argues that the problem of family education has a terrible phenomenon - the whole rich second generation. Parents disregard the differences of the family. 

    针对家庭教育出现的问题，邓老师分享了由中国青少年研究中心副主任、中国青少年研究会副会长孙云晓专家发表的一篇题为《教育的目标是什么？》的文章，同时也分享了根据自己多年研究梳理成型的“人生成长平台”观点，他形象地把孩子的成长比作建造一座像金字塔一样“人生之山”, 家庭教育应建造好孩子的这座”人生之山”，山脚是基础，山腰是保障，山顶是成就，只有有了宽阔的山脚，坚实的山腰，才会有高耸如云的山顶。他强调成功的家庭教育必须具备五大元素，即：现代的教育观念；科学的教育方法；健康的教育心理；良好的生活方式；平等和谐的亲子关系。

    Aiming at the problems of family education,Mr Deng Shared a article of Sun Yunxiao Deputy director of the China Youth Research Center, vice president of the China Youth Research Association. It’s What is the goal of education? He stressed that successful family education must have five elements, namely: modern educational concepts; scientific education methods; healthy educational psychology; good way of life; equal and harmonious parent-child relationship.

    最后，邓老师中肯地给家长们三个忠告——教育的目标是培养健康人格；教育的条件是好的关系；教育的方法是培养习惯。

    At last,Mr Deng gave the parents three advice - the goal of education is to develop healthy personality; education conditions are good relations; education is to cultivate habits.

    邓老师深入浅出地讲解、幽默风趣的语言让在场的家长都听得津津有味，家长们都认认真真地写着培训记录。

    Mr Deng explained in simple terms, humorous language so that the presence of parents are relish. Parents wrote the training records seriously.

    这次培训会让家长对家庭教育的观念和方法都有全新的认识，同时也掌握了一些科学教育管理的方法，这将对学生的健康成长和家校共育起到积极的作用。

    This training makes parents to have a new understanding of the concept and methods of family education, but also mastered some of the scientific education management methods, which will be healthy growth of students and home school education played a positive role.
