综合学科大组教研暨优质课系列活动展示 HighQuality Teaching Activity Show

    10月17日，我校综合学科组各课程课堂大练兵活动正式拉开序幕，我们利用大组教研时间积极组织全组老师参加优质课展评活动。

    On October, 17th, the high-quality course of the comprehensive subject group in our schoolhas officially begun.

    本次优质课的展示中，新入职的青年教师张卉执教的科学课《用手来测量》，结合学生实际精心选择了实验器材，以科学实践为指导思想，以任务驱动为教学主线，引导学生关注生活中的科学，在学与玩的自然融合中完成了知识的建构。独具匠心的多媒体信息技术的运用、注重思维的实验探究、学习习惯的密切关注，每个环节都凸显执教老师对科学教育的独到理解。

    Zhang Hui who was a youngteacher showed us a Science Class Measurewith hands. She selected experimental equipment very carefully and combinedwith the situation of students, her class teaching was guided by scientific practice. Studentsaccomplished tasks as the main line of teaching. Guide students to payattention to science in life. In the natural fusion of learning and play, theconstruction of knowledge is completed.

    课后，综合学科组的全体教师积极踊跃地参与到评课环节，胡瀚老师认为，科学是非常严谨的学科，教师在课堂上的用语也应该做到科学、准确；陈娜娜老师提出，让学生更多地参与到探索与研究中，老师的引导很重要；王娅老师说，对学生的关注既要指向个人也要面向全体；苏畅老师则表示，怎样有效地进行课堂延伸和拓展才不会禁锢学生的思维是我们都应该思考的问题……

    After class, every teacher in our group gaveadvices and comments on this class.Hu Han said, teacher’s classroom language should be scientific andaccurate; Chen Nana said, it is importantfor teachers to guide students to participate more in exploration and research;Wang Ya said, we should pay attention to the individual and the whole student; SuChang said, we should think about the extension and expansion of classroom knowledge, to avoid the imprisonment of students' thinking…

    教导处主管教学的领导向主任和吴主任也全程参与了此次活动，并对活动进行了指导，提出了殷切的期望。首先，向主任肯定了张卉老师在课前所做的精心准备，并对各位老师的点评做了归纳和总结，最后，吴主任对全体综合学科组老师的参与热情称赞不已，同时指出:找出学科之间的共性，善于组织学生，善于关注学生，是我们综合学科老师相互学习的最好时机。

    Director Xiang and Director Wu also participatedin this activity. Theyboth gave guidance and proposed their expectation to the activity. Director Xiang affirmed Zhang Hui's class preparationand summed up all teachers’ opinions. DirectorWu praised the enthusiasm of every teacher, he pointed out that, organize students and pay close attention to students.find common features among different subjects is a good time for teachers tolearn from each other.

    此次活动为教师搭建了一个进行反思、提高的平台，通过这个平台能切实提高教师的教育实践能力，促进教师之间的交流，全面提高教师素质。
