携手同进共成长，扎实教研普新章 （Join Hands, Create a New Chapter）

    2017年10月16日下午，我校的友好联盟学校——都江堰市徐渡小学罗春元校长带领教导处主任代勇及两位老师再度到我校，共商2017-2018年度两校合作帮扶事宜。

    On the afternoon of October 16th 2017, Mr. Luo Chunyuan, the principal from Dujiangyan Xudu Primary School, came to our school again with his team and discussed how to cooperate each other this term.

    活动在艺术楼二楼会议室进行，校长马长俊、课程发展与指导中心主任吴鸿雁及语文数学组带教老师代表参加了接待活动。谈话气氛十分自如，没有客套，直入主题。

    Our Principal Ma, Director Wu and some representative teachers attended the meeting. This conversation went smoothly without any senseless talking. 

    罗校长交流了徐渡小学在上一年度学校取得的长足进步，谈到了本学年度徐渡小学的教学工作构想，坦诚地表达了学校目前在教师培训、教研活动方面希望得到的帮助。马校长也向罗校长一行，介绍了新学年度我校的改革方向，表示我们将根据徐渡小学的需要，加强合作帮扶的力度。

    Principal Luo gave a speech about the achievement of last term and the teaching work plan of this term. He hoped to get help from us about the teacher training and teaching research activities. Principal Ma introduced our school’s reform direction and promised that we will enhance cooperation according to the need from Xudu Primary School. 

    最后两校一致商榷，达成协议，本期我们将从以下几个方面，加强合作：

    Finally, two principals reached an agreement.

    一、徐渡小学继续派老师到我校跟岗学习，全程参与我校的教学教研活动；

    Xudu Primary School sends teachers to our school to learn how to teach and research.

    二、我校根据需要参与徐渡小学的教学研讨活动，并出谋划策，对教师的公开课做具体指导；

    Our school will send teachers to Xudu Primary School to take part in the teaching and research activities and give specific guidance to the open classes.

    三、我校根据徐渡小学的实际需要，定学科派教师到徐渡小学送教；

    Our school will sends some teachers to have demonstration lessons for Xuxu Primary School.

    四、根据实际安排徐渡小学参与我校教师的外派学习，共同拓宽眼界，实行资源共享。

    We will invite the teachers from Xudu Primary School to study together and share the resource. 

    我们相信，在新的学年中，两校通过扎扎实实的教学教研合作，必将携手同进，共谱新的篇章！

    We believe that both of two schools will create a new chapter with the cooperation.
